The course that I have opted for is good. You will find application in the field as well. But the teaching methods needs to be improved. They need to focus more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical.

Professors are the same as in other colleges they will not teach us as a whole but will give us a mindmap, a student has to study on their own, we have 2 mid sem and 1 end semester exams in our colleges

I choose this course because it is a core branch and nowadays machine industries have good scope. In my department teaching staff is of around 16-17 members. Professors are well qualified, mostly they are IITs pass-outs and they have many patients and self-published books.

I'm currently pursuing B.tech in Mechanical Engineering, a core branch, and Pantnagar is known for this branch besides Electrical and Civil Engineering. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields, some are even IITians. the faculty members use a combination of lectures, practicals, and projects to deliver the course content. Some branches like Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical might have their classes from 9 to 5 while it can be a day off for branches like IT. Out of the 8 semesters, each semester has 2 pre-finals and 1 final exam, and lab exams for some subjects. To pass the exams you've to score at least 50% in each subject otherwise be ready for the back.
The faculties of this college is excellent in experience. We are interact with him very easily. They are coming in class honestly and tought us very good way. We are understanding all the topics very easily.
Yes curriculum is updated with regular inspections being carried out. From academics point of view, studies are not too easy. Also with 50 percent passing criteria it makes it more tough. Industrial visits are also organised by different societies.
The tuition fees of the college is feasible but the but the Hostel amd Student Mess fees is not in the hand of every family. The food provided is not upto the mark as the food provided by the mess is below the standards. The overall fees structure can be said expensive for middle class family as it is to be submitted in one payment no installment just in one payment.
The fee is very feasible. Tution fee of around 25000 for 1 semester and food bill of 20000 making it around less than 50000 for 1 Semester. This is very feasible when compared to any other college which cost almost double from what this college has.
Fee is quite feasible. As a 1st year student it is around 90k and then it decreases a bit. In 2nd year fee will be 70k. Overall at the last of course it will cost you around 4 lakhs only. In bonus they provide various scholarship also.
fees is quite feasible even various scholarship are provided to rank holders and economical weaker section students. TFW quota are also in our college which provide good opportunity to study in this college having weaker background.
