I've done Civil Engineering their course curriculum is somewhat theoretical our dept.have practical lab of every subject like geotech, fluid, transport etc but practical approach is very less their. For exams we have 3 exams in a sem 2 prefinals of 25 marks and 1 final exam of 50 marks passing criteria for the exams is total of 50 marks out of 100.
The curriculum is also very good, we will get support from your faculty and staff. You will have to prepare to yourself for the real world experience. The teaching methods are also good. The faculty is very experienced. There are 2 prefinal exams and 1 semester final exam. All are in about 1 month interval.

The course currilum is not framed in such a proper order that it might help you in certain examination like GATE and all but it completely depends over you that how you manage both with your college courses and other preparation. The sequence of the courses executed in various semester are not apt for a CS engineer.

The Bachelor in Technology here is very tough as the passing criteria is very high that is 50 marks passing out of total 100 marks. The curriculum teach us how to deal with pressure, exam fear and boost our confidence for the future goals .There is need to increase the practical aspects in our course rather than just knowledge the practical should more than classes to understand the topics clearly. Here the papers are conducted continuously without much gap between them and difficulties of paper is very high you cannot easily pass here if you dont study ..

Here curriculum was hard as you need atleast 50 marks out of 100 to pass your respective course but in other colleges it was either 35or 40 . You you need to work hard after getting addmission in college of technology pantnagar

The course curriculum impressed me from the first day. Because first 16 days we were introduced to the college and the course we are going to pursue. And it is a nice curriculum. We have to complete our courses semester-wise. Which is good to cover the entire degree in time. It includes tutorial lectures and lab also. Which is a good procedure for learning.

The courses that we get are a bit irrelevant to the branch, like in Electrical Engineering Second Year, Semester 1, we got a course of English which is the second English course so far, and it is basically the same as the last one, Courses like Engineering Drawing and Environment Science are baseless and pointless but we gave to deal with it. The curriculum is a little bit on the garder side but its Managable

The course that I have opted for is good. You will find application in the field as well. But the teaching methods needs to be improved. They need to focus more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical.
