- Library: Around 250 square meters have been allocated to host the books of over 24,000 books. The library has subscriptions to 14 journals, 12 newspapers to enrich the skills of the students. - Post office: A separate sub-post office is established within the campus to avoid the unwanted delays in posting the mails by the students/college administration.

- I like view of the college. it has a pretty big infrastructure and has trees all around.
- Fee is little less as compared to my previous schools and colleges.
Dislikes
- Washroom is really dirty. there's no water. overall cleanliness is very bad. Bathroom condition got me UTI
- Teachers are really lazy. They make students work for them.
Admission:
I didn't choose this college over other colleges because I have only ever applied to this college. And I got it in the 1st place.admission process is done over online procedure. we fill up the form and give hard copies of our resident proof, marksheets and everything.

Basically, there is an entrance called PAT which is conducted for getting admission for a diploma and if you pass the exam with good marks you can go to the counselling and get admission to Assam Engineering Institute. The only improvement needed is to get admission online so that students don't need to rush here and there

- College campus is very good. And campus buildings distance is also very minimal.

- Some laboratories are not modern they follow the old process.
- Place of the college is in very dens area. Sound of bus and other noise are enter the campus .

For admission, candidates have to pass the entrance exam named PAT. Then-candidate got the seat and was ready for admission. The application form is online and notified in March -April. Admission fees are very minimal 1st fee is about RS 16000 and semester wise 1020 rs.

Eligibility criteria for the students - hslc pass student can seat for the entrance exam (PAT) hs pass student(science, arts, commerce) can seat for the entrance exam also another student can seat in this exam who pass hslc or as if they have a gap then they have to submit a certificate The application form will be given on the DTEAssam website you can apply from the website and you have to pay 500 rupees as application fees application date is around June month to July St/sc students can easily get admission if they score 45-50 mark in the entrance and they have a separate hostel

The course requires total three years to complete. We had to give total six semesters throughout the course. We had to give two semesters per year. To monitor the performance of the students, the professors often took our surprise class tests.

There were plenty of class tests and laboratory works that we had to perform, which were quite hectic but at the end it was beneficial for all of us.

Faculties are helpful. They provide only theoretical knowledge, as a result we have zero practical knowledge. Computer and the ECN teachers are the gems. Also the account sir. ( Upasana Sarma is one of them. )

The course subjects are great and they are really wide in nature. They give atleast a surfaced knowledge on all the concepts present in the field. The exams are conducted bi-annually.
