IIIT Sonepat B.Tech Admission 2024 is based on JEE Main scores. JoSAA has released the Round 2 Seat Allotment Result. Check IIIT Sonepat JEE Main Cutoff 2024 here. Further, the Round 3 Seat Allotment Result will be out on July 04 (5 PM) and the last date for fee payment of Round 3 is July 08.
IIIT Sonepat Admission 2024 is done based on an entrance exam. IIIT Sonepat offers admission to the BTech and PhD courses available in the CSE and IT specializations.
IIIT Sonepat offers B.Tech in 2 specializations. To be eligible for IIIT Sonepat BTech Admission, you must have passed 10+2 from the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as compulsory subjects. You must compulsorily appear for the JoSAA Counselling based on your JEE Main ranks to complete your IIIT Sonepat Admission Process.
IIIT Sonepat PhD Admission is done twice for the odd and even semesters. PhD Admissions at IIIT Sonepat is done based on a valid score in one of GATE /UGC/CSIR/INSPIRE/NET scores. Apart from that IIIT Sonepat PhD Admission will be on the basis of written test and/or/both/ interview.

How to Apply for IIIT Sonepat?
The application process for the B.Tech course offered by college will be done through the counseling process. Applicants need to follow a sequence of steps to apply for it which is mentioned as follows:
- Go to the official website of JoSAA.
- Click on the registration link.
- Candidates will have to use their JEE Main roll number and password to register.
- JEE Main qualified candidates will be able to use their corresponding password to log in.
- Basic details such as the candidate’s nationality, state code of eligibility, gender and more will be displayed on the screen. Candidates will have to review the details and reconfirm it.
- Candidates have to select IIIT Sonepat in counseling.

- Again beign in NCR it is close to a lot of delhi colleges ,and metro connectivity is a plus point , metro will soon be available in Sonepat too.

In order to join the college you need to clear JEE and be on the top 1-2 percentile to get admission here. All the admission process here takes place in Josaa website with no application fees Being a govt college this college also have reservation for general student cutoff is around 15-25k crl. One can give JEE twice a year to get admission here reservation can be removed to improve the admission process here making it fair for all.

The admission process is smooth as Josaa conduct the counselling and The College you get according to your choice filling. My College cut off goes to aboit 20k and my rank was 16k so I easily got my College on 3rd round. As in my College I have to provide all official documents online so it is easy for me to do the application process.

Hello I am currently in IIIT Sonepat, I get admitted in the reputated institute through JEE mains exam and JOSAA councelling. The eligibility criteria is one should at least score 75 percent marks in 12th Boards to appear in the JEE mains entrance examination . After the examination process and declaration of the final result we have to go through the councelling process ,there are so many councelling for differnt colleges . I get into IIIT SONEPAT through JOSAA councelling . This process is last upto 2 months . It is a significant and quite difficult process to take admission in a good college.

Admission through JEE MAINS Councelling by JoSAA You are only eligible when you passed 12th boards (PCM) with minimum 75%. Application form is available at the official website of NTA. Because I m OBC category student, the cost of form was ?900 Crack the entrance exam (JEE MAINS) with a decent rank (my rank was 12346 in obc ncl category and 44k in all india). In my time, For OBC NCL category student, we can get admission in IIIT Sonepat under AIR 50k. JEE MAINS is counduct by NTA every year twice. But a student is eligible only in his/her 3 consecutive years starts from the year of passing 12th boards. This exam is not much easy but difficult. It takes atleast 2 years to carck this exam. With hardwork and consistency this exam may be crack easily.

The recruiters on both the campuses are good & reputed like IBM, Reliance, Analytics, Quotient, WEP Solutions, Ebizon, Vihaan Networks. The package offered at Sonepat although is high as compared to Una.
IIIT Una is in collaboration with NIT Hamirpur while Sonepat is in sync with NIT KKR. Joining any one of them is better than joining any private institute as the exposure is quite good and that too is in sync with experienced faculties.
