Our college contains 7 departments with very good lab facilities, as well as a chilled and cool atmosphere. Additionally, there are 3 research departments.
Many famous institutes like IISER, IIT, and NIT come here for internships. Students can enrich their knowledge from these institutes.

Dislikes

Such placements are conducted in our college; it is not an engineering college where you go for a job after getting your degree. Instead, it is a science college for BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in their respective subject fields.
The 1st semester fee is 16,500 and the exam fee is four thousand for two times

All things are done in a certain decipline.

Fees structure is not affordable for me.
Fine system is too high in our college.

I love to think critically and physics gives me that fun of thinking . Enough facilities are there in our college. The faculties of our department are mostly gentle and they can easily communicate with us.

Faculty, our professors are cool and calm, they taught was well
Student's bonding among themselves, we helped each other, short out every problems together

Our college did not organise that typical type of fest
Recently we have no hostle facilities from our college, we have to rent PG s

I think our college has one of the best faculty for physics in West Bengal, All faculty members are highly educated and their teaching methods are awesome, they use projector and many teaching elements for our betterment We have to clear semester exam twice in a year, but to maintain our studies there's two mid semester too

The discipline of here which exists but don't be obeyed
The life of here ...you have to attend everyday otherwise you will get penalty of a huge number of money

Dislikes

The rule of here . That no one follows but there exists one for everything
There is no personal hostel of the college

Placement Experience:

Here 40 percent of students get placements and other ones go for higher studies. The highest package is 85k and average package is 25k.i will pass the jam entrance and get admission in an IIT for MSC. Then for PhD.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to pursue Physics so I chose B.Sc honors in physics. This college has a pretty good reputation and I got selected for the admission test. So I enrolled here in physics Hons. Now in my batch, there are around 50 students. There are 7 permanent professors, 3 lab attendants, and some guest lecturers. Every professor has a Ph.D. degree and many many research papers in their name. The faculty is helpful. They even help students and clear doubts outside of college time. There are 2 exams in each semester, one is a mid-semester exam and the other one is an end-semester exam. There are no pass marks in the mid-semester exam but you will have to get 33 out of 90 (10 marks for attendance) to pass the entire exam. To get good marks you will have to study throughout the semester but to pass, the last 2 months should be enough.

There are most of the positive remarks about my college which I should give,like good environment for study, good infrastructure and faculty. But there are some suggestions also, the college should look the each student learning speed as it is seen some of the student don't cope up with the teaching speed.

Remarks:

If any one got admission in Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College all his negative thinkings go away from him winthin a month. All teachers and seniors are very helpful. Most of all there is no political parties in our college. So atmosphere is very good for study.
