My first year was done recently so at first we really enjoyed the learning process we participated in different competitions like hackathons, source code, and presentations. In the first year the faculties are really student-friendly they will tell you the right path like what to do, how to manage your time.. etc the teaching methods of all my first-year teachers are excellent.

The course at GIET Gangapatna offers a well-rounded curriculum, blending theory and practical applications. Faculty members are experienced, hold advanced degrees, and maintain a favorable student-to-faculty ratio. I chose the course for its relevance and the college's reputation. Term exams were timely, with varying difficulty, promoting applied understanding. The faculty's qualifications and teaching methods contribute to a positive learning experience.

I chose Mechanical Engineering because I liked the stream from before my +2 and the faculty: student ratio is approximately 1:6. The facilities were post graduates and some had completed their PHd. The exams were in exactly 6 months every year and hard to pass.

As I want to become a software engineer and I have so much interest in the software and computer field I choose this course. There are a total of 120 seats available for the CSE branch in BTech and 15 experienced and highly qualified teachers are there. The faculty members are always there to help the students academically and guide them on what to do which will lead them to a greater future. Also, have a great teaching method like using the smart classroom and taking real-life examples.
I did choose this course because I wanted to join the merchant navy and for that, I had two options whether to do B.tech in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Unfortunately, I felt short of the criteria required for Marine Engineering so I had the only option to do Mechanical Engineering. The faculty: student ratio is very good here especially since you find different facilities for different subjects in each semester neither faculty takes a couple or more subjects in a single sem. All the faculties are good here and their teaching methods are impressive as well. There are a couple of term exams per sem and it's decent neither difficult nor easy to pass, you need to have very good attendance also to score well in the term exams.
I chose Mechanical engineering because I have an interest in automobiles and powerplants. The faculty-to-student ratio was approximately 1:10. Most of the faculty were not highly qualified and the teaching process was very bad and they lacked to provide us with proper practical classes. The exams were quite difficult and occurred timely.
The course curriculum is good as they provide well-educated faculty and all the faculties are good at study and good at behavior. In one class there were like 35 to 40 students. In one year 2 semesters are there and you need to clear the exams.
I was interested in automobile sector so I chose this course. The faculty members are so good and careful that they help in sorting out any problem that arises in the college. The faculty members are generally the Phd holder or the M.tech degree holders or M.A. They teaches us in a pictorial representation so that to make us understand. The basics were cleared so it was easy to pass the exams.
