SACE is a private college which was established in 1943 in Mangalore city of Karnataka. It is the first private training college in Karnataka State. - Admissions are made on the merit basis of the qualifying exam.
- The applicant can get the application form after the payment of Rs.200/- in Cash or by M.O. Applications should reach the Principal on or before due date
- Applicants must fill the details in form carefully and accurately in all the columns of the application form failing which the application will be rejected.

- The enclosed envelopes addressed and stamps affixed.
- Attested Photocopy of the qualifying exam marks card and Degree / Provisional Pass Certificate.
- Attested Photocopy of the Character Certificate from the College last attended.
- Attested Photocopy of the Transfer Certificate from the College last attended.
- Attested Photocopy of the Inservice Certificate, in the case of inservice candidates. (Inservice Certificate should be certified by the D.D.P.I. of the Region).
- Five passport size photographs.

- Library: The College has a good library with more than 23,000 books and about 60 journals. It maintains a book bank also. The internet facility is also available in the library for staff and students. The facilities of the library and computer centre are made available during holidays also.
- Hostel: The hostel facility is accommodating roughly 50% of the students of the college. It provides all the amenities to the students. The hostel is completely safe and secure.
- Cafeteria: The College has its own cafeteria which caters to the everyday needs of students. The food provided is purely fresh and available at reasonable rates.
- Playground: The college has a big playground where many types of games are played like: cricket, hickey, football, volleyball, etc. Tournaments also take place where students win many prizes.
- Multi-purpose Hall: A hall where all the indoor programmes take place like: seminars, sessions, workshops, quizzes, etc. Guest lectures and motivational speeches by famous speakers are also arranged here.
