The southern culture is appreciated over here
There is a proper dresscode for boys & girls.

Dislikes

Language issue. If you don't know local language it'll be hard for you to survive.
Discrimination based on place. If you are a north indian, even teacheerdiscriminates based on it...Leave student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is not based on industrial need. In first year, we had to study all branch & had to tolerate bee & mechanical branch professors. In 2nd year, they included subjects like DS, java, unix, python, daa, sep etc. Math was common from 1st year. In 3rd year, we had iot, cn, ml etc. In 4th year we had cd, cloud along with 3 electives. But, it's all based on academics, not skill. &, Faculties are not ablr to teach it.

Vibrant campus life, with lots of events and competitions
Decent examination and ranking system, the academics is good

Average teaching quality of some of the faculties
The electronics labs could do better with upgrades to the latest equipment

Course Curriculum Overview:

ECE(VLSI) specialization is a new sub branch of EC department, focusing on semiconductor design and fabrication. I had an interest in this field, so chose it. The curriculum is fundamental and focuses on the main aspects of the technology. It is relevant in my opinion Overall if the faculties improve their teaching, then it will be beneficial. Exams are timed perfectly, after completion of one unit from a subject, the midsems are held.

I like the greenary of the college and there is a temple inside which I go for refreshment also faculty are highly experienced and good in teaching and the placement looks promising.
Also the campus is vast with small canteens over some place.

Dislikes

There is not much I dislike If there that would be distance of our college from hostel
And the college is kinda strict like if you didn't bring your ID you can't go inside

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I took which is E&C which in future will take great turn as there will be huge need of semiconductor engineers in the field and India is also building the semiconductor company which would greatly benefit us and about the exam difficulty since I am first year I have not given any tests soI can't give opinion on exam difficulty but from what I have heard senior said it would be easy.

I like how the college has a good name outside
I like how the college has few good professors

The teachers are too strict and treat us not like adults
There are a lot of fines for every little mistake

The course is good in terms of giving enough knowledge to know what it is . But the syllabus is redundant and outdated . Teaching is not fun and there is unnecessary writing required which is not feasible at all.

College atmospheric is not that good. The campus i average not best
Location is not good. It is very far from mangalore city (60kms)

In the first year, there is skill labs, which teaches you real life skills and later in the upcoming years subjects like enhancing self competence, employability skill development, social responsibilities, etc
