The Course Cirriculam is so designed which is highly demanded for real world application. The course basically follows the syllabus of MAKAUT . College do have smart board which help students to enjoy the study and understand the concepts more easily. As the college is a autonomous body so it conduct its own exam twice a year.

The course is not updated completely. But its not so much outdated compared to the rest of engineering branches. The syllabus is quite similar compared to CSE branch in my college. Hence its a good choice after CSE

I've read eight out of 10 to the relevance and comprehensiveness I choose engineering because from starting I was having interest to the field and dreamed of it I see major opportunities in engineering of course I have dreamed of non coat branches but for my rank it It was difficult to find non core branches in government colleges there are few options to govern colleges in core branches so I have opted for the code branches there are also many private colleges also but in my rank I I can go for core branches in government colleges so I choose it. That reigning of fulfillment and cracking have to study hard and prepare for the joint level questions if anyone completed their textbook and the previous year questions well they can score also well

As i am an IT student ,the course curriculum in Information Technology depatment at jalpaiguri government engineering college(JGEC) is designed to be relevant and comprehensive.I love coding so i choose cse but my wbjee rank doesnot too good so i choose IT.But come here i know that two department subjects are same so no problem(CSE=IT). The curriculum is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) and is periodically updated to include emerging technologies and trends imn the field of IT. All of the class attend in college and hostel has unlimited free wifi use it and study and coding in your room.

From childhood i enthusiastic to learn about elctrical things, i do small experiment on elctrical based topics and i want to do higher studies in this field that's why i choosed this course . The College was good but not enough to prepare us well in curriculum prepars for real world . I think the course is enough to get a job for me so no need to any improvement The exams are happened in once in a semester and the paper was easy to give cause it is an autonomous college.

i admit in this college for some reason like low fess and good placement and etc the curriculam didn't prepare us very well since it is a tier 3 college so you have to work hard in your skills to take a job . the teaching method is very boring if they do some practicale then definetly its worth it the exams are happend in per semester , approx 6 moth gap between a semester so dont worry about timing you have enough time to study
