My college University of Visvesvaraya College of engineering is very suitable for the students who are talented and come from poor background. The main aim of Visvesvaraya sir was to provide the right education to needy persons.

Hence Coming To fees structure Fees structure of this College is Around 20k this year (2022-23) hence this is one of the old reputated Government College so the Fees is Less and Affordable.Hence Many Type of Scholarship are Provided from Government like Ssp and Evan From Our Allumi Association
Fees are the same for all the years. In fact, in the second and third years, the fees will be less compared to the first year. Almost all the students will get an EPASS Scholarship of Rs 19090 and there are other scholarships such as NSP, Vision UVCE.
Few of the companies visiting the campus offer scholarships to students for an average of 5 months. The elegibilty criteria is same as you attend for the drive.
I had a scholarsgip of 19090 rupees which is given by government. Even I had applied and scholarship application was accepted but there was a condition where we were supposed to link our aadar card with bank account and I informed the bank to do that. but they didn't do it in a given time and npci is also not showin me the status even after approaching bank many times. so now I don't have any scholarships.
Scholarship are provided by UVCE alumini to students every year which they will have to pay back after completion of their studies once they start working. Apart from that there are scholarship provided to SC/ST students and other category students through MHRD.
I am really not aware of the loan facility offered in our college but scholarship is provided to various reserved candidates. Many students get scholarship in different ways. People get it for mess, books and exam fees. Indeed scholarship has helped many poor students to survive in doing graduation.
