Students become eligible from term 5 for the campus placements and 100% of placements are observed in IMI, New Delhi. All big brands can be seen on the campus like Adani, Barclays, Arcesium, BCG Reliance JIO, BMW, TresVista, Piramal, Crisil, RPG Group, HDFC, ICICI, TATA Steel, TATA Capital, etc. for multiple roles. More than 150 brands visited the campus. The highest package was of 50 lakhs from IIFL Finance and the average revolves around 17 lakhs. I plan to get a good placement from the campus and in a few years get to a CEO position in a well-reputed company.

Course is aligned with industry practices and is practical in nature. All courses are designed keeeping in mind the industry requirements. PGDM Core has courses for all field such as Finance, operations, marketing etc. however BF&S have more niche curicullum aligned with CFA and HR with specific Human resources courses.
All of the students got placed in 2 months with a 100% placement record and avg. Hike of 15 in highest salary and avg package stood at 11 lakhs. Major dominating profiles were from consulting and its background.
In the second year, placement interviews take place.Reliance, Capgemini, Amazon, and others are among the biggest employers on our campus. The average package cost 11.8 lacs, with the highest package costing about 29 lacs. One of the institute's key attractions is its placement programme.
IMI Delhi offers one of the best placements among the management colleges in Delhi. Renowned organizations like Reliance Industries, Asian Paints, Reckitt Benckiser offer placement opportunities to the students. The average package is approximately 11.8 lacs per annum.
The placements at IMI New Delhi are one of its key strengths. During the final placements, 100 percent placement is achieved. A lot of companies like Wipro, HUL, ITC, Nestle visit the campus for placements.
From 5 trimester, students become eligible for placements. Crisil, Capgemini, ICICI, Infosys, Kotak Mahindra, Eclerx, Mazars, arcesium, EY, L&T etc. The highest package around 21 lakhs and the average package are 12 lakhs.
The placements are good. Placements are better for the final years than the summers for the first years. For summers most of the companies which come to campus provide very less or no stipend but the projects offered are of quality. For finals, the package averages around 8 LPA in the current pandemic situation, but the pandemic has not affected the no. of companies coming to campus.
The placements are good in our college. The average package is around 10 to 13 lakhs. I would like to work in the Banking and financial sector after my degree as I feel I'll be able to add value to the organisation.
The academics of almost all B Schools across India are more or less the same. IMI Delhi claims to be the third in intellectual capital which is the quality of faculty. This ranking is however justifiable as IMI Delhi does have the best pool of faculty.
The next thing to consider while analyzing the worth of a B School is the kind of culture it offers to its students. The culture is still not at par with top institutes like IMT, MDI, SP Jain, IIM, etc., and is growing steadily. Still, over the last few years, IMI has witnessed a drastic change in culture mainly stemming from the various administrative changes made. These efficient and transparent changes have increased the culture quality at IMI Delhi.
The placement scenario has been improving at a steady pace like any other B School. Most 2 and 3-tier institutes will provide a similar experience and can be considered for an MBA. However, do not target a B-school lesser in worth than this because MBA mainly depends on the worth of the institution.
IMI Delhi is among the top B Schools in tier 2 and the only B Schools better than this are old IIMs, FMS, MDI, IIFT, SP Jain, Jamnalal Bajaj, XLRI, and NM Mumbai.
I cannot agree with the claim that IMI Delhi is not good for someone who has an experience of more than two years. My friend told me that her batch in 2020 had an average work experience of 32 months.
Joining an elite B School is not enough. Once you have successfully joined the desired B School, you need to make constant efforts to remain at the top. Just getting admission is not enough. You need to work relentlessly and meet the standards of the institute.
Even if someone has an experience of more than 2 years, he cannot cut down his efforts to remain at the top. He needs to maintain his sincerity toward academics because there is tough competition. Giving your best is the key once you have been admitted to a good B School. Keep aside secondary factors like work experience and pay academics.
If you're looking for a B-school that offers a wide range of opportunities to help you pursue your interests and career goals, IMI New Delhi is definitely worth considering. Let's take a closer look at the different programs they offer and the opportunities they provide.
