How much percentile is needed for IMI Delhi?

However at XIMB, they have mentioned that they will have a sectional cut-off, but you are above 50% in all the sections. But before you choose any of the institutes, you should ask yourself, if you put enough effort into quants and DILR while preparing. If the answer is no. Then, it will be better to prepare for another year and aim for a better score. If you put in the hard work now, you can get into a much better B-School like IIMs, SPJ, etc. A better school means more academic pressure, but in the end, you will end up with a better CTC and a reputed company. In corporate life, pressure is not available, so why not aim to do it with a better salary? If you put in 18 hours of work for 6-7 months, your percentile will definitely improve. And if staying motivated is a challenge for you, you can get a mentor who will push you to do better. So, although IMI and XIMB are pretty good options, it will be better if you try to better your percentile.

For admission I applied on IMI portal where I submitted my CAT and XAT score and got shortlisted for GD and PI. The cut off is around 65-70 so I got selected and then I paid the first installment after which I started my college

A small gist about IMI B

The Hostel which too comfortable with AC and Non AC both.
Bathroom is also good , rarely there is any water related issue.

College doesn't spend much of events and fests

The eligibility is 60 percentile in Cat and 75 in Cmat and also there is trimester based exams and there is 3 months gap will be provided between ending of 1st year and starting of 2nd and students will complete there Summer Internship between that tenure.

Life at IMI Bhubaneswar

The campus is very beautiful with greenery all around.
The faculties are well educated and are very helpful

Mess food can be improved. Some days it's good some days it's not.
The campus is situated on the outskirts of the city

The admission process was smooth. It includes a Group Discussion round followed by a Written ability test and Personal Interview. The cutoff for CAT is 70%ile. The college also accepts other entrance exams such as XAT and CMAT. There are reservation benefits as well as scholarship too.

A glimpse into MBA life

I loved the hostel as it has AC rooms and washing mechine room. Guards are there to take care of us.
It is a beautiful campus with lush greenery.

Attendance pressure. Sometimes it gets too much to handle.
Hectic schedule. Sometimes it becomes exhausting.

As I study PGDM in IMI Bhubaneswar, I opted here through CMAT where I had 89.85 percentile. I applied here and then got interview call. It is a profile based college so cut off is not the only thing upon which you will be evaluated. I got PI call within a week. I had my PI . Basic questions were asked. As I am a student of English literature inwas asked about that as well. Then I had WAT where I was given a topic and I had to write immediately by sharing my screen. Within a week or so I got my call letter. Considering the brand and also residential campus I opted for it.

Inside IMI Bhubaneswar

The college is a 16acre lush green campus.
My batchmates are very serious and focused to their goals.

We need to get back to the campus before 8PM.

The eligibility criteria of the course was 60+ percentile. The application form and the various details regarding the fee structure is available in the college website. There is scholarship opportunities for the reservation class in they are in the merit list. Exams are held in or after 1 or 1.5 months interval along with the presentations. The addmission process is very smooth.
