The village fieldwork segment provides hand on experience where students live and work in rural areas. This hand on experience provides practical insights and real world esposure. Apart from this the curriculum effectively bridges theory and priactice through assignments, case based learning.

The curriculum is a trimester system and first two terms completely focuses on General MBA subjects as well as the Rural Subjects in addition to that. The first term teaches us more on participatory rural appraisal and community research methods which prepares us for the upcoming 2 months Village Fieldwork Segment. The Village Fieldwork Segment is a practical experience as on to how to become a part of rural society and thus delve into the issues and see things differently through their perspectives which is very important for a Rural Manager since our forte of work would be that. The second term is again very core subjects such as marketing management financial management etc which helps you to slightly understand where your calling lies and hence thus prepare for summer internship and once that is done third term onwards have more of elective offerings which we can choose based on our interests as well as those that would be helpful for the summer internship projects we signed up for

Being a great college with name and excellent business hols AmUL has made me choose it. Having 100 % placement also made me assure to join the vollege. The method of course curriculum should be changed after discussing with faculty members asnit inbolves core courses. The college life is very hectic due to continuous assignments and projects..as we are aall prone to do it inbthe last moment.

Curriculum includes 3 field works, IFS, VFS and SiS and the teaching methodology followed is case study based which helps in understanding concepts from life life scenarios. The attendance percentage is 80% currently and we have relative grading which increases competition among students

The course's practical focus and industry relevance drew me in. It preps well for real-world applications as well as further studies. To improve, more interdisciplinary modules and experiential learning could be added. The assessments are done on a regular basis which keeps you on your toes and a lot of such assessments are open book that challenges you to out of the box thinking for the application of the theories and concepts learning

Irma has a very good curriculum which is more practical based which means it connects the students regularly with the fields or markets, there are 3 filed observations which makes Irma unique and the period them is also a decent time period. Initially when you does not know anything there is a integrated field visit segment it is when you are in the first week of joining. Second is village field work segment which is of 8 week it is after completion of 1st term.third segment is summer internship segment for 2 months. These make Irma a different institute which provide some handsome experience to learn.

Excellent. Our curriculum is the same as that of any MBA college along with a special focus on rural side of every industry and relevant practical knowledge that is necessary for Rural Managers. As 65% of India is still considered Rural our learnings make up highly employable in areas that people from other bschools cannot survive in . We as a part of our course have 2 internships of 2 months each .One is a common simmer internship and the other is a village fieldwork segment in which we have to live and work on a project in a village for 2 months . As for an area for improvement morefocus on analytics and programming may be emphasised however that is not what our institute stands for . Exams are conducted twice every 3 months following a trimester system.

The Course is very relevant after my UG in agricultural science. The course has a specific segment called the village field work segment which is almost similar to one of my UG semesters. So it is very relevant with some other subjects also that made me choose this course being an agri graduate it is very much aligned with my UG. the curriculum focuses on all aspects of business or entrepreneurship and prepares very well for corporate life with the inclusion of all subjects with live case studies that usually happen in corporate life. The overall course curriculum is well enough for any kind of thing like for a job or to start your own enterprise the course provides you with enough knowledge. So I dont think for a need of improvement and the faculty is also very experienced and teaches very well. My course curriculum is designed to be a Trimester system. So there is mid term and end term exams in every term. With 3 terms in a year.
