IRMA maintains a favorable faculty to student ratio which positively impacts the learning experience. The faculty here boasts impressive credentials with many holding advanced degrees from prestigious institutions in India and abroad. Apart from this mentorship is a strong suit of IRMA's faculty. Professors are approachable and genuinely interested in students' academic and personal growth.

The quality of faculties are really good . They are well renowned in their own fields of work and have also been doing parallel research works except for the teaching curriculum and also takes up projects for various cooperative as well as NGOs. The qualifications are also up to the mark. Many have did Fellowship programmes and so fron reputed institutes such as that of IIM Ahmedabad and so. But recently many teachers have transferred and there exists an issue of students teacher ratio which needs to be addressed and those spots are filled in by guest lecturers who are equally talented. There is a one to one mentorship programme offered by the Faculties which makes interaction more effective and the present faculties are all very approachable and helping in nature. The faculty guide assignment during VFS and SIS also makes the interaction more effective and fruitful Between the students and faculties. The teachers also take part in other cultural functions which gives a family feeling.

Faculty to ratio has been less in these years and it do impact a little . But if we make proper use of it faculty is very friendly and approachable. A person needs to know how to make a good use of it even the ratio is less. Learning experience can be enhanced during class discussion as well . It is enriching through peer learnings as well.

1: 60 is the faculty ration. Most of them come from iims and they are generlly excellent in their knowledge. But what they lack is their teaching style and the expectations from students are very huge. Teachers r very approachble but needed to be informed beforehand

The faculty-to-student ratio at IRMA is commendable. With smaller class sizes, students recived individualized attention, facilitating better understanding and engagement with course material. Moreover, the faculty's credentials are extremely impressive, all faculty are experts of their fields. Inetractive with professors is encouraged both inside and outside the classroom. Open door polcieis enable students to seek guidance. Addtionally tjhe faculty meembers are supportive and encouraging.
The faculty member is very professional and highly skilled and experienced in their field of knowledge. They are very cooperative. The faculty members are very good and responsive to issues that the students face.
The faculty is very good. Faculties in IRMA are of an excellent standard as most of them have vast academic experience as well as industry exposure. Most of the teachers have already taught in some of the top Institutes of the world. Most of the professors are young and pursuing their PhD.
The course curriculum of the college includes aspects of rural management and teaches us subjects related to it. We also have a village fieldwork segment for our practical approach. The institutions are full of faculty members with a diverse background.
- very professional - highly skilled and experienced in their field of knowledge - very cooperative - promoted the mission of the institute - hard task masters - passionate about creating men/lady out of boys and girls - dedicated - approachable - focused on excellence.
