Placement Experience:
Placement happens in the fifth trimester, IRMA has a track record of 100% placements every year. The average package is around 15 lpa. Some of the major companies are NDDB, Amul, Mother Dairy, ITC, Baif, Axis bank, ICICI Bank etc.

- The curriculum in itself is very different wherein there is a perfect blend of General Management subjects as well as Rural Management subjects as an add on since it is our domain. Subjects like rural society and polity were very enlightening in all.
- The 3 day Induction Fieldwork Segment wherein the students are taken to Village in the 3 days of initial week was a very challenging and new experience wherein we were send to different rural parts of Gujarat and it gave a gist of challenges ahead.
Dislikes
- The Summer internship placement though it was taken up well by placement committee it being in a time when usually companies have already filled in their internship spots is a disadvantage since we lose the opportunity of going to renowned companies.
- As mentioned above the same happens during Final placements also and hence the number of spots offered by many reputed companies fall short thereby lack of opportunities though we have the capabilities to crack interviews for those it's disheartening
Placement Experience:
The campus placements are right after the fourth term of college. The basic package average is 15 lakh per annum and highest package last year was 33 lakhs for Wipro. The big companies like ITC Coramandel LDC Groupobimbo Cipla and many Banks such as ICICI , AXIS and Development sector companies like Nandi Ltd, Dr Reddy's, Grant thorton , Baif and many other big companies come for the placements, Placements are also done directly to Amul,NDDB , Banas Diary , Milma etc. Many companies such as NPCI, ITC, Flipkart have also offered PPOs in the last few years. Some have even bagged pre placement interviews through several competitions held through Unstoppable. There is a 100% placement history every year even though the last year economy and market conditions were bad there was a 100% placements both in finals as well as during summer internship time . - The diverse culture of irma is what I liked after coming to irma . Celebrating New culture and learning about it very exciting and open to everyone.
- Second thing was the village fieldwork segment, as a person who has never been to a village it was a very good opportunity for me to deep dive into rural insights explore
Dislikes
- Few management issues are there which needs to be taken care of . For eg: there are dogs in the campus which makes life miserable for people who don't like to be around them
- The examination office working in terms of scheduling classes , taking exams is a bit off. They need to work upon it
Placement Experience:
The campus placements are good . For our internship our whole batch of 300 got placed in 10 days and in different domains which is diverse. And as we have seen our seniors there is 100 placement which average of 15 lac and highest is around 29 lacs.

- The greenery is a heaven of beauty. Everyncorner you turn reveals a new pocket of naturs beauty from vivrant flower beds, ancient trees.
- Diveraity of culture on campus is a vibrant tapestry that enriches the community and makes it truely colourful and helps us to know about the culture.
Dislikes
- Students become the experimental subjects in order to teat the teaching ability of the teachers.
- Most of the intership traings happen after wvery othwr coleges have worked..so its very late for us.
Placement Experience:
Campus is 100 % and all good companies come to our campus for uiring us . Although the campus placement is being late and many recruitment team has displayed angerness as almost all other campus placement has already done with campus placement.. the campus focuses more on development sector rather thana on corporate sector.

Students will get summer placements after 3rd term and final placement will happen around 4th term during January to February. IRMA has good relationship with top recruiters like TATA, Adani, ITC, AMUL etc.. and also several development organizations including NDDB , NGOs are coming for the placements. IRMA is maintaining a record of 100 % placements so far

Placement Experience:
The 4th sem students are eligible for placements. A lot of companies visit the campus for placement major companies include - AMUL, ITC, P&G, Cargill, Yes Bank, etc. Each year the company manages to place all students and a lot of the alumni are placed well in the industry. The alumni network of IRMA is amazing support system across the career of each individual. The highest package during the 2013 placement was 30 Lakhs

The placement starts from 5th semester. Its a one week long process, 100% placement record. 15 lac average package. Student run Placement Cell is there overviewed by Professor. Overall nice process. Many companies come every year

- Unlike in the other mba colleges, Irma does not have specialized course like finance, marketing in the second year

The final placement generally come in the 5th trimester.for the internship it is in the 2nd trimester The number of companies visiting to the campus may varies yearly. The offers available for the students in internships are more than the number of students in the batch The median stipend is also varies yearly but it is around fifty thousand rupees and for the final placements the average may varies yearly The sectors of companies are marketing ,sales, bfsi, microfinance, development sectors.

- Lack of focus on Analytics and statistics
- Mess food hygiene and quality and location of the college
Placement Experience:
In 5th semester students sit for campus placements. Total offers we got this year was 280 for a batch of 270 students. Highest package is around 30 laks ,and average package is 14.5 lalkhs. Companies that visited Amul,LDC,Mother Dairy,Banas Dairy,ICICI Bank,Kotak life insurance etc. To my knowledge 100% of the students are placed My plans are to continue with the placement Inhave got for the next 5 years.

- First thing i liked in this college is its ambience and class room facilities and subject faculty and overall infrastructure.
- second thing is its diversity in students. Students from all states are in the campus. That will give you a oppurtunity to make friend and gives a good experience.
Dislikes
- The drainage system of the college especially during rainy season.
- Sometimes the hectic nature of curicullum especially during exams.
Placement Experience:
The college offers a 100% placement guarantee to every student. Till now there is no case of unplaced students in the history of college placements. Companies from FMCG, Development, Banking, and consultancy will be coming to college. It is the secret of the college not to disclose the companies and the offers. But every student will get placed in a good company depending on his interest. The highest package of this year is 32 LPA and the average package is 15 to 16 LPA. There is no specific plans after college as we are going to work in the company for certain period of time after that i will think whether to continue in the company or shoould i start my own enterpise or should i switch to other company.
