This is the only college that provides biotechnology and biochemical engineering as a course. It's known as one of the best colleges for this particular course with with best placements and better faculties. I apply to many colleges like the CET, LBS, CUSAT, FISHERIES Kuttanad. Even though I got admission in LBS and CUSAT, The course I was selected to was civil engineering which I was not much interested in. Even though I really wanted to get admission in CET but because of higher competition I wasn't selected. Most preferred exam is kEAM conducted by the kerala government. Cut off is Within 20,000 for merit, and higher for others. Not much difficulty in admission process as there will be people to guide you through the same. Much easier to take admission as it takes only one day to complete it.

Entrance taken was KEAM exam for students. And reservation is solely based on the instructions of the government. The Exam is conducted every year. Now it being conducted in computerised mode. Also Diploma students can get admission via lateral entry exams.

The admission is based on KEAM exam results. Being a government collge, the cutoffs are quite strict when in comparison with private college. The KEAM exam is based on the 11th and 12th grade maths, chemistry and physics syllabus and can be cracked with enough practice. After the results are declared, the allotment process is also done via the website and after being alloted we can visit the college with the respective documents and to pay the fee. Overall the admission process is quite manageable and hassle free.

For the admission process first we need to write the KEAM entrance examination and we need to pass, then only we are eligible for the coming process. Then after passing they will make a ranklist according to our marks scored in the KEAM exam then we can give the interested course and college according to our personal interest in the KEAM website. The next process comes in three phases, on each phase we will be getting colleges with respect to reservation. Last the alloted college is our final college to join

There was an entrance exam KEAM thru which you can get admission. It is based on your keam rank that you get which course and whether u get a govt or management seat. The exam is very competitive but with a bit of hardwork anyone can get into good colleges

I had to go to the college in person for the admission procedure. To get into this college you have to write the KEAM (Kerala Engineering And Medicine) Kerala Entrance exam. The cutoff rank for the merit seat for Btech CSE was around 4500. For management seat the cutoff was around 9000. A few students got admission with lower ranks because of NRI quota or KSRTC quota. If you have reservation your chances of getting into the college are better.
