- Good infrastructure and the environment is great
- Friendly faculties until you piss them off. you'll have no other problems
Dislikes
- It's strict about only one thing and that is attendance percentage. maintaining 75% attendance at the sem exam is a must
Fees and Financial Aid:
It's basically a great college for studying. The infrastructure is great and you get to choose what you want to study every semester, you also get to choose the faculties. About the fee structure, if you join in management quota(MQ) you will be paying 3.5 lakhs per annum for tuition fee alone. Whereas if you join in Govenrment Quota(GQ) you will be paying 2 lakhs per annum. Abt the hostel, the rooms are great, the food is good and the fee is low compared to other colleges. The hostel fee starts from 80000 and goes upto 1.5 lakhs. A/c and non a/c rooms are available. You will be paying 25000 as kit fee for your record books,lab coat and laptop.

Dislikes
- I don't like the rude staffs and if we mistake something even it's small mistake they treat us very worst
- The college system is not good if they conduct a event at that time students have classes and we couldn't attend the event
Fees and Financial Aid:
Yearly fees is 175000 and placement fees is 25000 and there is no scholarship for me and I'm going to college by college bus which is 42500 totally I'm paying fees yearly maximum 250000 and in the first only they ask 25000 to pay for book fees

- First of all the freedom in this college was too good ,here theres no strict rules like other engineering colleges ,it's like in our hands we should be obedient,and maintain our integrity and enjoy our college life
- The hostel Life:it's the best hostel compared to others for each meal time there has been min 2-3 menus and the foods are too good,and ac's in rooms are top notch
Dislikes
- From my point of view ,the fees structure is too heavy apart from that I don't have any dislikes
Fees and Financial Aid:
I have been paying a fees of 2lakhs per annum ,and hostel fees of 90 k per annum,and for each semester depends on the no of subjects you took you have to pay 6500 for exams,and for spcl reservation category sports quota and merit scholarships theres no fees for them

- The education system called flexi learn where we can choose our own timetable
- The college amenities are pretty decent as we have changed buildings now
Dislikes
- The students are not the same as you would expect to have in college
Fees and Financial Aid:
I pay 3 lakhs per annum including transport withoh food.During the time of admission,donation of 2 lakhs was taken and every semester an exam fees of 8000 has to be given.If students are on scholarship,they pay around 1 lakh per annum with free transport or hostel

- Infrastructure is very good and pleasant good to improve quality of education.
- Taste , quality of food is very nice and delicious.
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike in this college but only problem is no holidays.
Fees and Financial Aid:
We have to pay the full fee at starting of the year. Registration fees is 10000. College fees is 200000 it is based on your 12th percentage. If you get above 90% your fee should be 200000 and below 80% it was about 400000.

- flexible learn system which makes you to choose subject faculty and timing of your own
Dislikes
- because of this flexi learn system i couldn't get friends as in school
- they will not execute most of the things as planned
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees is too high if you are merit quota itself,if you enter through counsellig with cutoff above 175 to 184 you will have 50%fees and if your cutoff is above 184 you will get 100% scholarship,one condition you have to get cgpa of 8 and above each semester otherwise you have to pay the fees

- Hostel was great and the food is better compared to other colleges in chennai

- Also the teaching methods are different for different teachers

The Saveetha Engineering College provides more kinds of scholarships for the required Student to help them in their studies. It also provides scholarships based on jee marks and merit marks. So the affordability of the college is high.

- I like my collage infastructure and the facilities provided. tyhey have kind and good faculties who help in all the domains. we can freely talk to the faculties amd well mentored. they help in providing a good education and wisely treated. good good
- our collage has a diffrenty learning system in which we have flexy learning .in this we can select the subjects what all you want and study .also a good thing is we can select our favorite faculties on our own. we do enrollment for selecting sujectss
Dislikes
- i'am not satisfied with the placements on "ECE dept" . and compared to other dept. . as iam from ece dept. they say they provided "0 pracements" on the previous year which make us derpressed and brings more fear .they have to
- they have to concentrate on placements mpre provide more placements offer . our collage fee structure is heavy and they collect more fees compared to other . it feels more tha compatred to other collages .they have to reduce
Fees and Financial Aid:
for the first year of our batch is 175000rs for councelling students wich is more .and they collacted 25000rs for kit . fpr ece students of councelling is 125000rs and same 25000rs for that uttely waste kit wich is not at all usefull in any casses . for other dept. they provide an laptop with many issues. our bus fees is aprox 45000 and hostel fees is 120000rs for ac rooms and 80000 rs for non ac rooms . now all the fees has been increased . we get semester fees of about 40000 to 9000rs . every semester which is the exam fees.

- Saveetha engineering college has the flexi learning method it helps to study with user friendly by choosing staffs, timetables, subjects
- We can complete this credits within 2.5 years if we study harder then we can get placed within the third year
Dislikes
- We don't have books to study and everything is laptop and mobiles so we just need to search and explore that on our own
- Flexi method is really nice but class shifting is little annoying and we will exhaust during that time
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee structure in saveetha is little higher compared to other colleges CSE - 3LAKHS IT - 2.5LAKHS AIDS , AIML - 3LAKHS ECE - 2.25LAKHS EEE , MECH - 1.5LAKH This was the fee structure when I joined this college and I got a scholar of 50k and joined cse for 2.5Laksh. you can have lot of scholarships and financial assistance here they may help you to get the bank loans. And the fee structure will remain same for you when you joined an college it won't affect with current tution fee. If you paid 2.5laks for cse for 1st year and when you move to 2nd year the fee will be same for you but the fee may higher for the newly joined 1st year when you studying 2nd year

- The students does not be happy with everyone

Saveetha Engineering College is well known for college infrastructure than any other colleges in Chennai. The fees structure is okay since they used to conduct many educational events. College provides scholarship for ever student like merit scholarships.
