The college's commitment to providing excellent placement opportunities was another standout aspect.

Dislikes

The management here is really bad, they cant plan things accordingly
I fought false allegations of cheating and that went on for a while, because of a lab assistant.

I felt rv as a best college. The way of teaching by lecture is awesome. They are friendly with us, they help and guide us all the time
The infrastructure of the college is good. I never expected this type the environment of college is also good

The thing I dislike is they won't conduct much programme and all like co curriculum activities sports and all
One thing I disliked is the college canteen food.

Placement Experience:

I hope the placement is 90% guarantee in this college. Rest of things we should concentrate on our efforts and hard work . 85% of the students are getting placements. Highest package is 80lakh per anum , lowest package is 8-10 lakh per anum . After getting my degree my plan is to start business if I won't get placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements are as you expect from this college theyre really good there has been many top companies that visit this collefe such as oracle microsoft amazon wtc highest package was 52 lpa from cse stream usually over 80% of the students gets placed

The college is in the outskirts of Bengaluru and thus is peaceful. If you want to commute, then Pattanagere metro is alongside college. So travelling, there is no problem. the campus is green. At weekdays, you would find solace.
I live in Cauvery hostel which is an inside campus. So I can go to classes on time without having to bear the pain of waking up early. In hostel I have made friends from different departments. Being boys we waste quality time together.

Dislikes

The college campus though adequate to accommodate the students of all branches and years, is not as big as prominent NITs, leave IITs. It is a small 15 acre camous with four hostels- Cauvery, Krishna, Chamundi, and DJ.
We have to be inside the hostel by 10 pm, you'll have to sleep outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am doing BE Computer Science and Engineering. I have a passion for physics. This course gives me essential skills in computer science to pursue my passion in research in physics. The course allows you to be in touch with and learn new technological advancements that are taking place in the field of Computer Science. But after coming to college what I have felt is curriculum is marks oriented not learning oriented. So course can be improved by incresing hands-on. We have three internals and three quizzes for eight subjects spaced between the intervals of 1-2 months. We being engineers study a night before. The exams are not that difficult. I feel that exams are taking out all the pleasure out of college life.

Likes

Academic structure is excellent. They train you with updated and latest skills. Industry needs and emerging cources are also tought.
You will get chance to select two subjects as electives so that you can enjoy learning the things which do not relate to your branch.

Dislikes

All the lectures are not good at teaching.
Infrastructure is not soo good but tolerable.

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem you can sit for placement. About 100+ companies visit and 200+ offers are made. More info you get in official website. You can trust official website. Don't worry about placement in RVCE. You work hard and you will get good placement. My plan right now is to go for masters in IISc. Almost all students are placed unless they opt for higher studies.

Faculty here is nice and very dedicated towards reaserch and teaching the students.
The placements here are pretty decent and the overall culture is nice.

Dislikes

Campus is very congested and it is more like a construction site.
There is less opportunities in the fields other than academics from the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement for CS students is quite good and the average is around 19 lacs/annum and the highest went 92 lacs/annum last year. Many big companies visit our college during the placements since obviously the location of our college is good being in Bangalore(The IT HUB).

The old buildings in the campus are bad.
The faculty sometimes are too knowledgeable and not approachable

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty numbers are really supported. The faculty to student trial is one is to 50 and qualifications of the faculty is phd for everyone. Examinations are fairly hard. There are two semesters in a year and also exams and tests are conduct on time for preparation of the semster exams.

I liked the faculty in our college because they are very helpful.
I liked the different events hosted in our college.

Dislikes

The Sports facilities are lacking a little due to the construction and renovations.
The academic schedule is filled with projects and exams and there isn't much free time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My Course is CSE. I chose this because i was interested in Computer Science. The faculty:student ratio is our college is pretty good. the faculty are very responsive and help with any doubts that we have. All our faculties have a doctorate.

Experiential learning is very beneficial for students.

Placement Experience:

The placements of college is good especially for CSE and ECE branches. Students from 6th semester onwards can sit for placements. A large companies visit every year including MAANGM. The highest package this year was 92LPA while average for CSE is 19 lpa. Till now 75% students are placed. Placements are still going on. My plans after getting the degree is to get master's degree.
