RV Institute of Management (RVIM) Bangalore, started in the year 1999, has completed 19 years of its existence. It is one of the 27 leading educational institutes of national and international repute, guided by the Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST). RVIM offers a two-year, full-time MBA programme that is affiliated to Bengaluru Central University, approved by AICTE and recognised by the Government of Karnataka. Candidates can take admission to this course through government quota seats or management quota seats. Exam accepted for admission through government quota seats is PGCET , 50 per cent of seats are filled based on marks scored in this exam. The remaining 50 per cent are filled through management quota and exams accepted for the same are MAT, PGCET, ATMA, KMAT, CAT and CMAT. Final selection is based on a candidate's performance in the written test, GD and PI round conducted by the Institute Apart from the MBA, the B-School also offers value-added courses to the students. After the KEA documents verification, we may get the college based on our ranks. 2. CAT MAT CMAT by writing any of these exams you can get the college after the results the college will conduct the interview 1st round is Group discussion & 2nd round is Personal interview. Like this, we may get admission to RVIM.

The course curriculum of our college was good and the program was spread over 4 semesters. The course was well structured and thorough. It was in tune with the requirements of the industries and also, our exams were conducted at the end of every semester.

If the college is isolated from the Bangalore University, there is a lot the college can do with grooming of the students and hence the industry ready students can be sent to the market.But the sad part with all those college under Bangalore University is that entire course time of 2 years goes unproductive in studying those stuffs which mostly is not needed in the today market take it Finance, IT, statistics etc.
