The admission process was very easy but it takes lots of time, we have to take all documents with us submit them fill out the forms it takes lots of time. Yes, I gave the entrance exam of MHT-CET for admission but you can also get admission through JEE. For admission, certain documents are required. Domicile, caste certificate, entrance exam mark sheet, and 12th mark sheet.

This was based on only JEE Mains in 2014 as MHT-CET for engineering was not available for that year. So, we have to score more than 92 percentile in combinedly PCM (12th) & JEE. All of the processes are done after the result of JEE Main. The state conducts a CAP round where all the colleges will be given choice to the participating students. Every year the cut-off is different and declared on the official site for the CAP round of engineering of Maharashtra state colleges. During my admission, 50% weightage was on the 12th PCM score and 50% on JEE Mains.
Students should pass 12th (PCM) With a Minimum of 55%. Need MHTCET score around 120+ or Jee to score 90%ile. Admission process through DTE Maharashtra (CAP Round). After getting College from CAP Round proceed as per DTE.
I got admission through the MHT-CET entrance exam. cut off marks are different for different categories. You can find application fees and application dates on the college's official website. You can get reservation benefits through the CET portal.
The admission process is according to the entrance exam score and rank..like for Maharashtra it is MHCET , and also it has state reservation, there are few seats reserved for Jammu and Kashmir Students and also for MP students. you will get more information about the college on the official website litnagpur.in
I applied for Chemical Technology (Plastics and Polymer Technology) in Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur after qualifying MHTCET with 96%ile. The cutoff for my branch was 95%ile in the general category. Regarding admission process, some details, documents and MHTCET result was required.
The course curriculum is almost similar to that of any other NITs or IITs. The Faculties are vastly experienced with a great knowledge of the subject of Chemical Engineering. Most of them are also actively doing research.
Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is an institute that provides quality education for chemical engineering and technology since 1942, with an impactable record of placement over years all over the country, disciplined and down to earth environment of the campus, with a very affordable fees structure, if one wants to study throughly and dedicate himself/herself for engineering without any expectations for the fest and cultural event this is one of the best option one can opt.
I have admitted to the college in year 2019 , through tfws quota. As, the normal fees for general is also quite low , that is just 28000 inr. I have got the college with just the fees of 15000. The admission happens through mhcet exam for Maharashtra domiciled student and for the other than Maharashtra students can apply through JEE exam. The J and K candidates are alloted on the basis of their 12th percentage. There's no criteria of age. The minimum marks for general candidate is 130. Also the best thing is that the other state students cutoff goes quite low in JEE exam.
I had given two exams that are jee main and mht cet. From jee main , I didn't get a Chemical Engineering seat from good colleges. So, i'd gone for counseling through mht cet and I got a Chemical Engineering seat in LIT. So, I accepted it. There are 3 quotas for general students to apply, that is general, EWS and TFWS.
