- the college campus is very nice and the faculty is great too.

- theres nothing as such i dislike but we should get more time for our semester
Internships Opportunities:
As I am a first year student I do not have a lot of idea about the internships offered by the college but they are many projects and many companies account for internships for example tcs Siemens IBM.

- Campus is better than most of the colleges in west bengal
Dislikes
- Placements are not upto the mark, companies do come but they hire for a very small amount
- A proper student body doesn't exist , there have been no fests since last 4-5 years
Placement Experience:
The placement scenario is pretty messed up, companies do come but most of them are mass recruiters from Kolkata and the package is just the bare minimum, we are allowed to sit in campus since the 7th semester. Companies like TCS, Cognizant Capgemini, EY are some of the major recruiters, highest package from campus goes around 10-12 LPA and average is around 4-4.5 LPA. Around 55-65% students get placed.
Placement Experience:
The college placement is decent .oncampus placement go at max till 10 lpa.while off campus placement go as high as 45 .Tpo of our college is very helpful and listen to whatever students say.majority of the students who appear for placement gets a job

- The quality and infrastructure of laboratories are decent. Library is also decent
- Improvement in skills is always encouraged and helped too by faculty
Dislikes
- There is no campus life for boys and thus comparatively less social interaction
- The architecture of the buildings with all the glass is such it requires air conditioning due to trapped heat but there is no air conditioningre
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester companies start coming in for on campus placements. The main companies are TCS (212 students placed), IITC INFOTECH(49), INFOSYS(45), COGNIZANT 45,WIPRO 21,PERSISTENT SYSTEMS 14, IBM 12 , CERNER CORPORATION 12, NINELAPS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS 11. The average package is between 3 to 7 lacs. From Cse or IT almost 100? placed. I plan on higher studies

The Ardent company and many other companies provide internship for students which make easier for students during placements. Different types of practical and technical projects are given to students.

Internships Opportunities:
Internships offered are not in campus. Cllege tpo firwards some places you can apply to. Other than people go for a paid training. Research projevts are done in collaboration with college professors. But, you need to work hard.

- Good infrastructure where everything is well maintained and kept neat and clean.
- Campus life is quite good and everything is kept quite neat and clean as environment issues are taken care of.
Dislikes
- No cultural or technical fests were held in the 3 years of my college life.
- No freshers or farewell to the 1st and the 4th years
Placement Experience:
The students can sit for placements from 7th semester.Although there is no internship drive in our college but students get placed in top MNCs including TCS, Wipro ,Cognizant,etc. The highest package this year was 10 lakhs per annum.

- The college is very good in cultural organizations and have lots of clubs to shine your talent
Dislikes
- Could have kept boys hostel too which is shut down for 3+years
- College doesn't organise any fest or freshers but take money during admission

There are summer internship provided by the college to every student after 3rd year final semester. for core branches HPL, iocl, berger, mn dastur, acrelo mital, itc visit the campus ITC provide stipend of 15k Mn dastur and acrelo mital offers around 5-6k

- Lots of clubs throughout the whole 4 years of undergrad in order to facilitate team building and practicing professional etiquettes
- Free access to any classes and departments without any restrictions to develop inter- departmental knowledge sharing
Dislikes
- Provision for air conditioning is available only at very selected areas like library and auditoriums
- Some reference books are not available to be taken outside library
Internships Opportunities:
People need to find their own internships. Approximately 2-3 companies come here to provide internships like Himadri Chemicals, ITC foods. Professors do help a lot in providing great internships since they have a lot of industrial exposure.

Eligibility for placement is from sem 7 Companies : Wood India , Worley , JMAN Technologies , PWC , TEGA , IBM , Grant Thorton , TCS , JARO Edu Tech , Keyence , Berger Paints , Archelor Mittal Design , Flakt group , Godrej and Boyce , Volvo & Eicher , ITC Foods , Himadri Chemicals , Veedol Engine Oil , Voith Paper Technology , Nissiki Technologies , Rinex , Corizo Edu Tech Average package : 4.5 LPA More than 50% people got placed My plans : to continue in Veedol where I'm placed right now
