This University was AICTE approved that why my family insisted I take admission here. CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology) in Ahmedabad is one of the most advanced and developing Institutes of Plastic Engineering and Technology in India, being opened in 1984 by the Government of India. The institute is accredited by the AICTE and is connected with GTU.
We can eligible for course with examination process , we can find application form in college website , no any seat reserve if any seat empty then you can also apply for lateral entry. I think lateral entry process will become change and provide online application.
100% placement but there is no more labs for ed I got apply form through email and got admission through merit list Because this is the best college in mp for diploma in plastic technology www.cipet.gov.in
The course educational plan is excellent. The subjects are altogether appropriated in the semester. The assessment design is likewise awesome. The foundation gives different information about plastic and plastic handling. Likewise numerous kinds of innovative work ventures are given.
The structure is set for course all the course is to be completed with in 2 years it is a 2 year program the lab practical assignments and the workshops are also a part of this course the exam days are hectic.
The core study areas of masters in plastic engineering include polymer process engineering, polymer science /properties/characterization and about polymer blends. The lectures on this wide subjects are supplemented with an extensive range of lab projects and exercises. The duration of the course is two years and this course provides us with an in depth understanding of the traditional commodities such as specialty polymers and plastics which have a major need in pharmaceutical fields and biomedical research.
Here we learn about the modern processing techniques and the methods for testing in case of plastics. In the foundation course we are taught about how the polymers are processed and on what basis they are characterized. In the next year we are given major insights about the polymer processing techniques such as vacuum forming, extrusion mold forming, injection molding etc so that we get a "hands-on" learning experience on the equipment which is used in the plastic industry. The duration of the course is three years.
The course curriculum is of 4 years degree program consisting of 8 semesters throughout which is so relevant to the technical world and to make me technology seeker which has surely a great print for the professional betterment.
The course curriculum is divided into six semesters consisting of both theory and practical work from the first semester itself. The practical work is as important as the theory work and should not be neglected at any cost.
the course focuses on the manufacturing process, product design, and material science and also faces some real-life challenges that comes with the development of a plastic product. There are subjects like rapid prototyping, mould design, etc.
