CCE (Computer and Communication Engineering) is a course that explores both Computer engineering and communication technology. It is said to be a futuristic course with high scope in future. The faculty-student ratio is very fair. 1:8 is the Faculty: Student ratio. M.Tech is the minimum qualification of faculty with some experience as a lab assistant or so. Teaching is done through whiteboards and PowerPoint presentations. Term exams always have sufficient time but the difficulty of exams would be moderately hard. Our university sets question papers such that it covers every topic in the course. It's generally tougher to get a higher CGPA at Amrita University.

Because we can go to either software or hardware by choosing ECE. By having more than 6 CGPA we can apply for some companies and by maintaining more than 7 CGPA we can attend to all companies. By carrying 2 backlogs also we can attend to some companies.
While the teachers are PHDs it is not necessary that they might know how to teach. This being said there are some really good teachers that will help you out whenever you ask them. The student-teacher ratio is also quite right and so they will definitely monitor you properly. There are three exams in a semester 2 periodicals + endsem. Normally you can pass them if you study one day before like in any other engineering college.
Tution fee - 240000/sem Hostel fee - 69000/sem You can easily get a scholarship by appearing in the aeee exam but remember there is state reservation in scholarship list so if your are not from Kerala and you want a scholarship you better be in the top 2000 rank in the exam. There are various financial helps we can get like installment to pay the fees and stuff. Definitely the internships brought in by the college are very high paying that can help you as a student.
Fee should be paid every year and it's about 4LPA including college fee and hostel fee, and there's no additional fee yes college provides the transparency in the fee break down, Some initial fee has to be paid for securing your admission in the college during counseling and it varies.
Feasible. It depends on your marks. We have three categories. Category A has merit students with fee 60, 000 rupees per annum. B Category students have to pay 12.5 lakhs per year. And C category students 25 lakhs per annum.
When compared to other colleges in my city my college's fee structure is expensive. But when compared to other deemed University like VIT or BITS it is some what similar to their fee structure. But for hostellers it really expensive with the hostel fee.
