Things which I liked in the college is teaching professors and their influence in bring the students to the right track
Seniors and juniors bond is the most lovely thing in this college they helped a lot during exam preparations
We are not able to expect that this much of boys and girls will join because the admission is purely based on merit
Course Curriculum Overview:

In total, the institute provides 622 seats for the students. The infrastructure at the institute is well-built with modern facilities.
This is a Government medical college that only merit students get into so the quality of education is top notch with highly experienced teachers and HODs that are actual Government doctors
The campus is quite good spacious and they have their own events and fan following and the college name itself carries its own reputation and its the 2nd best medical college in TamilNadu
The patient flow is more than enough and you can learn more than what is required which will make you a highly knowledgable doctor.
Dislikes
The infrastructure is average. The AC doesn’t work all the time and in summers it becomes very tiresome to sit in the classrooms.
The hostels are also below average in terms of infrastructure. All the buildings are old buildings that need renovation.
The only thing I disliked about this college was the infrastructure but it’s what to be expected or of a government hostel so can’t blame. Although they could renovate it which they are currently doing.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course will make you a MBBS graduate , a doctor. It aims to make you gain sufficient knowledge in every aspect and tests you accordingly each year. The teaching methods are just enough comprising both theory and practical. The difficulty level is internal exams are set by the own departments so it varies from college to college. The final university exam ain't very difficult, you'll pass if you study. As simple as that. It's just enough difficulty, i would say moderate.
Has both academic and cultural clubs that are active
Good faculty with air conditioned classrooms
Dislikes
Hostels quality is poor since it's a government college
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is set by the national medical commision (NMC). The college is affliliated to TN MGR Medical University, Guindy. The curriculum is set in such a way that clinical skills are given more priority
I like to study in this college as academically it is a very good college
While it comes to hospital it has a good infrastructure with a wide variety of equipment
Dislikes
The place college located is not good which main thing we can see
As I am coming from out of the state i would feel uncomfortable with this environment and food
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum here is maintained in a good way such that each and every student here will get to know about everything which an medico should know. While they will be conducting exams gor every 2-3 weeks which makes them to master the topic on which the exam was conducted
Awesome infrastructure and good experienced faculties
The colleagues are like minded and friendly
Dislikes
The surrounding area ain't rich as fuck but you have many stores around
The study load is kinda high as it's a MBBS course
Course Curriculum Overview:
Actually I never wanted to be a medical student but you know ,like every Indian parents they said medical field is the best and motivated me to join here...
The curriculum here is the worst ( if you don't hab any interest) So don't join any medical college unless you have the specific interest.
This curriculum really let's you apply in real life but it's hard to learn
The exams ( Internals) are kept often.. min 3 per month .. while the University exam is once per year
Government Stanley Medical College, one of the premium institutions with age old heritage of more than 85 years.
We love the senior junior interactions which is far more better than many of the colleges in our state
The atmosphere is good and is tolerable for most of the natives present here
Dislikes
Everything is fine but in summer times we can't tolerate the heat
Due to more strength ventilation is somewhat compromised in summers
Course Curriculum Overview:
The service we do to our patients made me choose this valuable profession
The things we learn and we practice here are more helpful for the betterment of the society and for the poor
We have exams every month
I like the way of interaction between people from different parts of the coun
And finally the course which is a dreak for many , to save lives
Dislikes
The cost of expensive when we think of going out
The heat during summer to occupy a huge strength in a single class room
The burden of studies which has no ways to resolve
Course Curriculum Overview:
This curriculum
I will not say this one is bad but it's difficult to cope , yeah then what to expect in an MBBS study
It is based on CBME which is followed all over india
We have regular tests and final university exam
The syllabus is vaster than you think
The campus environment, which is way better compared to others in heart of a city.
The important given to sports other than studies
It's easier to communicate with the management
Dislikes
The availability of class rooms as we have to change classes for each hour
Its too hot during summer to contain 250 students in a same room where there is no AC even there is an availablity of AC rooms
The teaching was through PPT which is a fastest way I guess
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is based on CBME (Competency Based Medical Education)
which is followed by the medical Colleges all over india
This curriculum is being followed for the past 3 years, which is a difficult thing to get adapted for faculties, but they handle it well
This curriculum is mostly clinical oriented.
Exams will be conducted regularly, there will be an internal assessment test once a month of each subject.
The final exam is conducted by the university.
I chose MBBS because it was something I had always found interesting. The faculty: student ratio is decent and the syllabus is covered effectively using a combination of powerpoint based theory classes and laboratory practicals.
I choose this course because of my interest in the ortho department. The student ratio is about 200. Qualification of the faculty & review teaching method is a ph.d and first class. It is difficult to pass but we follow daily classes and are interested in our dept.
