The institute is one of the future leading institutions in India and the world. The MD psychiatry course started from 2003, it focuses on researches and labs sessions. These sessions are very helpful in understanding how neuroscience affects mental health and gear human behaviour. Repeatedly both exams and labs sessions aren't at all hectic and hard, you need to go through further small study to the materials given by professors and start making researches on your subjects.
This was a specialization course and can be done only after the MBBS degree to first clear the basics. Also, this particular course was much practical and most of the time I was at the hospital itself interacting with the patients and noting the data for further research and understanding the relevant changes.
We had a course with a combination of medicine, geriatric research, psychiatric research which we did both practically and understood the theoretical part of it. However, as per my candid viewpoint, the curriculum was much focused in the research orientation.
The course curriculum is very good we are having all the things regarding to the medicines all the subjects which are divided into to sub subjects so that we can learn each of it can you can read some good thing
The course curriculum is very good and the exam structure is also very nice it is having a very good focus on the research path for the medicine things and there having lots of good subject included antibiotics and all
The syllabus for my course was extremely complex. While it's main thesis was psychology, I dealt with many science stream subjects such as Biology. The combination of such heavy duty subjects was not easy and a lot of dedication was required to study them at a higher level.
This Institute offers only post graduation courses. MPhil is recognised by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Course really focuses on specialisation and professional trainings so that students can become experts.
M. Phil clinical psychology is a doctorate level program which has the duration of 1 year. The structure of the course is very interesting and also innovative with a focus on research and practicals. The days and exams are tiring.
The course helped develop the student?s intellect through practical learning. Examinations were held at the end of each semester. There were both theory and practical examination which prepare the students for final examination. The subjects helped us understand the real depth of this course.
