TISS Hyderabad Admission
Admission at TISS, Hyderabad is based on merit for the postgraduate and M.phil/PhD degrees. The candidate applying for PhD course has to submit a research proposal consisting of approximately 1,000 words indicating the Specification of the broad field of study, Statement of the research problem and scope and objectives of the study. The candidate’s research/work experience in that area can also be submitted along with this.

- The candidate can apply across three programmes.
- Application form is available on the official website of the college.
- Before applying, candidates must go through the eligibility criteria of the course.
- They have to fill the personal and qualification details in the application form.
- Along with the details some of the documents are also required. They are : Photograph, Signature, TISS copy of challan (if paid by cash), Caste Certificate (if any)
- The payment for the application form can be done either online through credit card/ debit card/ Net Banking or through cash deposit in the bank.
TISS Hyderabad Facilities
There are various facilities for the students studying at TISS. The facilities are as follows:
- Library: The College has a library equipped with books, journals and references. More than 4000 books are available and many more books are still being added. Students can avail the facility and gain knowledge along with their academics.
- Counselling centre: The Counselling Centre at TISS, Hyderabad has been providing students with services like individual counselling and developmental group activities. It is open six days a week. The Counsellors help the students in their day-to-day doubts and also enhance their overall development. Workshops are also regularly conducted by the Counsellors for the better understanding of students.
- Health care facility: A Doctor is available for consultation during working hours. In case of any emergency, students are treated at the hospitals that are covered through the Health insurance scheme in case the doctor is not available.
