there we several other colleges where i applied these include IIT BOMBAY IIT DELHI IIT KANPUR however my marks in JEE ADVANCED allowed me IIT Goa only for admission here we have special councelling known as Josaa councelling this councelling only considers marks for your JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED and alots you colleges based on your preferences and cutoff's

doesn't have avaliability of all infrastructure like old IITs.

Admission is done based on the performance of jee advanced exam. you can see the cut off ranks on jossa portal. there are reservations for OBC, ST, SC, EWS , PWD students. Based on your jee rank, you can apply through jossa portal.

Mainly i liked my friends, girl friend, Hostel atmosphere is verry nice
We have very large basketball ground i like to play sports alot so i liked it very much

My grades arent that good so i dislike that
Our mess was so small we need bigg one as well as classrooms too

Basically we opt for the colleges we want to attend during the josaa counselling in the prioritising order based on our rank we get college. To apply to this josaa counselling we need to qualify JEE main as well as JEE advance only then you are eligible for josaa counselling

The admission into IIT GOA will be done through JOSAA Counselling. To be eligible for this counselling one needs to qualify both JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED. JEE ADVANCE cutoff rank for IIT GOA varies annually.

Hostel facilities are good.there are no big issues with facilities

Short on IIT Goa

Less population in the college benefits us in many ways

Lacking of having a permanent campus is a major loss

There is no eligibility criteria to choose Mathematics and Computing in IIT Goa. The application form and fee, every detail will be available in JOSAA website. I have no reservation criteria available for me. No the admission process is simple.

What I liked here is the hostel,less crowd,peacefulness
I also liked the fact that it is a new iit and is doing its best

I ndisliked the campus and facilities offered

The eligibility criteria usually include passing the 10+2 equivalent examination with minimum marks as well as jee main exam. application for the JEE Advanced and application dates can be found on the official website of the exam .fee may vary foe different categories of candidates. Reservation benifits are provided for SC,ST,OBC,and EWS as per government of india norms and Details are available on the information brochure. Cutof also varies for different categorires of students.sc,st students get most benefit.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE COLLEGE IS NOT THAT GOOD

I have got the admission by writing JEE MAINS and ADVANCED. The counselling is through JOSAA. To apply for the jee mains go to jeemain.nta.ac.in and there will be two attempts to write jee and you need to get a minimum percentile to qualify to write JEE ADVANCED and in JEE ADVANCED you need to score a good rank to get into an IIT ( rank varies depending on the reservation you have). I belong to general category so I had no reservation. The counselling is through JOSAA which has 6 rounds which wil start after the delaration of results of ADVANCED. weather in college is horrible, always hot and hoter and no acs

so basically to get into an IIT, the procedure is simple, there are jee advanced and jee mains which are conducted on a national level, so if anyone wants to register for the jee mains, they can apply for jee mains in the website of nta.aic.in. there are two phases of jee mains and if you qualify in any one of the phases which depends on the reservation, eligible criteria on merit. so basically you get into a nit through your merit from mains or register in jee advanced and qualify in that exam to get into an IIT.

Honest talk about IIT GOA

IIT Goa has a very good location. Here it is full of greenery. Outside the city area and I found the environment awesome because of it
The food quality of maths hair is good. It may not be good as your home but it is better than mess of other IIT as per my experience.

IIT Goa doesn't have its own campus it is run in the campus of GEC college of Goa. You need does not have its sound will be

For this course,e we have to qualify for JEE main as well as JEE advance with a rank better than 15000. Rank requirements may vary according to your category it is nearly 20000 for OBC and even less for SC, and ST. To get admission to any IIT, we must have to secure 75% in the 12th board exam. You can get an application form for JEE main from that website when released, nearly in the month of December. Those who qualified for JEE mains can apply for an advance which is conducted by IIT. There is a space reservation for SC St OBC, EWS, and PWD candidates. There is a special reservation for girls which is about 30% of the total seats in each course.
