Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission into this course must have
- Candidate must complete the age of 17 Years on or before 31st December, of the Year of admission to the BDS course.
- H.S.C / (+2) or equivalent qualification with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Botany & Zoology with minimum marks as per DCI norms.
- Eligible NEET (UG) score as prescribed by MCI
- Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes students be given a relaxation of 10% in the aggregate marks required for eligibility.

Note:
BDS with 100 intake capacities (out of which 50 % seats are State Quota and 50 % seats are Management Quota). However both categories of seats are fulfilled through the counseling by The Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal amongst NEET qualified candidates.

- Responsiveness of the administration in critical situation and student safety issues.
- Cleanliness of the college, this college campus is so clean, unlike the other medical or dental colleges.
Dislikes
- The campus, lack of trees, gets so hot in summer.
- The faculties and their teaching is good but quite unreliable and unpredictable, like after studying hard and giving your all potential in the exam, still you can't be sure if you gonna get promoted to next year or not.
Course Curriculum Overview:
In childhood, I had braces which influenced me to be a Dentist. I had a very bad alignment of teeth, I went to an Orthodontist and he made my smile look good and from that day I decided to be a dentist. This curriculum will make a person or the pursuer a dentist at the end of the course. After that, you can prepare for NEET PG or any other courses or Government Job.

- The teaching faculty of every department is top notch .
- A Good campus to study for 5 long years .
Dislikes
- Its developing so classes are not air-conditioning but will be done soon
- Hostel facility is good but can be better .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Dental curriculum is interesting as well as challenging at the same time . It motivates us also shows how difficult it is to perform artistry and bring a smile onto a patients mouth. Exams are conducted in a gap of every 3 months and helps us to evaluate ourselves.

- The Campus of college is beautiful with full of greens, it consists of Gymnasium for both boys and girls, Boys and girls hostel , playground temple and a medical college in its campus
Dislikes
- The distance form Kolkata is a bit long, other than this the climate around the place is hot at humid but for acquiring knowledge we should overcome that
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is very well planned and focused for the students . Clinical postings are really helpful to treat the patients independently. It will be more better if we could get medical emergency management in emergency department.

- The ambience is good a positivity is felt around. The teachers are helpful, classrooms are big for both educational and curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Dentistry is a wholesome art, hard work, rejections - approval, learning. Sometimes depressing but it's worth it after we work on a patient and help them get back their beautiful smile. Curricular is hectic. The harsh reality is a lot of money is required to buy instruments, and materials. The rejection after working for hours, disappointment, loss of self-confidence seeing others doing the same thing perfectly bu t I can't. Sometimes, makes me feel whether I m in a right stream . But ,the guidance of professors, books, and friends at the end is worth it.

- The infrastructure and the patient flow rate
- The annual fest and the engagement of everyone in the college
Dislikes
- The food of canteen is not great for human consumption
- The attitude and behaviour of the canteen staff
Course Curriculum Overview:
BDS first of all provides a great future scope of the student knows the academic aspect and has a great hand work. The course helps you to understand the real day problem of people regarding their oral health and hygiene.

- College faculties are co-operative..As the course is skills oriented so technical side is more good than academic side in the college.. Seniors are also good.. totally ragging free campus..
Dislikes
- In some cases some faculties are very arrogant,behaves rude, also playing ground is not sufficient.. Stipend given in internship is very less..
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our course is basically skills oriented..In dentistry practice is more important than knowledge..Rural areas are still unaware of oral health..It can be increased by campaigning through college staffs..

- Goverment dental hospital seperate from other departments making it very much exposing to large numbers of patient
- Internship programme and housestaffship programme hand over nice money and experience
Dislikes
- College doesn't have a proper hostel yet
- Lacks a good campus and greenery while the college still lack a proper owned ground
Course Curriculum Overview:
The college is very much lineant with the examination pressure as it has only two exams in annual year mainly internal and final exam that occur during August and November. The academic pressure is very much low and college has a good practical way to teach students

- Attendance is very much flexible and not very mandatory
- Classes are from 10 to 2 that gives much time to explore other things
Dislikes
- No ground provided by the college for the students
- No campus area and playing area for the students

When we consider academic aspect the course is very much diverse and pretty much lengthy. The college has only once an year mandatory final exam while another once an year internal examination this helps students with low examination pressure and more quality education

- No ragging and also all seniors are very interactive
- Hospital has also good facilities and enough patient load
Dislikes
- College campus don’t have a personal ground
- Less amount of batch mates so very hard to conduct programmes
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course give us the hope that we can do something in future dentistry. Dentistry is a field where we are learning both practical and theoretical . The course is not so easy but not difficult also .

- No ragging and interactive helpful seniors
- Good faculties and assisted programme and fests and other actvities
Dislikes
- Small colleg campus with only two buldings and one hostel
- No ground to play or do some playground activity

Course curriculum is based on the all india bds programme going whole over india. 4 years as a student then 1 year internship. Exams only happen once a year that is university exam and one College internal exam
