Teachers are very experianced and we have to do projects for every subject that prepare us for real world Some classes need to be more interactive and must include compulsory industry visits. I would like to rate 4 out of 5 as the course curriculum as it is . The subjects which are to us are quite knowlegable and we are learning so many new things from these subjects. MBA in business analytics is nowadays more demanding then Normal MBA that has influenced me to take it and other thing is I have to learn new things like in this course there are subjects like python, tabluae, etc which must be required in coorporate .

Campus placements at IIM Kashipur typically commence from the fourth semester. Companies regularly visit, offering diverse roles in finance, marketing, and consulting. The highest package offered can go up to ?25 lakhs per annum, with an average package ranging between ?12-15 lakhs per annum. Around 90% of students secure placements. If no campus placement is secured, alumni networks, job portals, and career counseling services aid in finding employment. My plan post-degree includes pursuing a career in strategic consulting or entrepreneurship.

There are various pros and cons of joining IIM Kashipur:
Pros:
Located at a wonderful intersection of industry (300+ operational plants of companies like Parle, Titan, Mahindra, Dabur, and others), tourism (places like Corbett National Park, Nainital, Mussorie, and so on), and agriculture (sugar cane producers, agricultural university, and so on), there is a lot of scope for multidisciplinary learning and management education application.
The new campus has 200+ acres of sprawling lush greenery as well as all relevant amenities. IIM Kashipur was the first to do so. Among the new IIMs with the highest number of international placements/summer internships and comparable, if not better, overall placements than all other new IIMs. IIM Kashipur is a place for fostering new ideas and feeling satisfied when they come to fruition.
Cons:
If you believe in a traditional legacy-driven culture, and the comfort of having a tremendously established alumni pool, then IIM Kashipur may be suitable for you but after 10 years or so.
If you like to contribute new ideas and believe in working towards them, or maybe in organizing events as formative batches to make them a legacy for your juniors to carry forward, then IIM Kashipur is the place for you.
It is true that life at an IIM is hectic, but this acceptance has shaped students in such a way that they are prepared to follow the most demanding of schedules.
IIM Kashipur places a strong emphasis on students' overall development. The Institute offers a variety of opportunities. The Institute is located in one of the country's most densely industrialised regions, with over 180 industries having plants in and around the region.
A completely student-driven campus, with a student body for everything from placements to functional work, academic to non-academic activities. Throughout the year, students are involved in a variety of activities, such as organising the flagship events such as Annual Fest - Agnitraya, management conclave, TEDx, and so on.
One of the fascinating aspects of campus life is learning about insights that even students are sometimes unaware of. The language aspect is the most intriguing; the humorous slang will make you roar with laughter. Similarly, IIM Kashipur's campus language makes you laugh every time you read it.
IIM Kashipur students make time for themselves and spend it on campus in their designated areas. The Night Canteen, which is run entirely by students, is one of the special corners. You can not only eat but also talk, gossip, and relax with your friends and groups.
Here is the classroom experience of one of the IIM Kashipur students who started in September and had online classes until October. The classes were being held in hybrid mode once a significant number of students had arrived on campus and things appeared to be improving.
It was wonderful to return to the traditional teaching methods of the classroom during his offline classes and learn from our professors in person rather than only through screens. Comparing in-person sessions to online ones, the level of interaction and student participation was significantly higher. Their teachers would cold call them to find out how we interpreted the case's specifics, so everyone had to be prepared with case readings and analyses.
Because no one can see what you are doing on the screen in an online class, you can do some pending work, but in an offline classroom, you must be completely attentive and responsive to the questions posed by the teacher. This made their schedule even more difficult because other tasks needed to be completed at different times of the day.
Overall, the offline MBA experience is unique and serves the true purpose of pursuing an MBA degree where the schedule is hectic and you need to manage everything at your fingertips by increasing your efficiency and working quickly with your teammates. He finds it to be an enthralling experience.
