This is a good college in the field of academics. My sister was also studying at this college so she told me it is a good college. For the admission procedure, you have to go to college and there you have to submit your documents and there are people who will help you with admission.
Because the is top 7 in India so I choose the Anna University forever.my college is well in infrastructure and more happy returns of the day happy birthday and many other things in the world and I am going to work on the house puthanur
No i dont have any bad remark other than boring lecture all others things are good
I guess I have already wrote many positive and negative things in the above questions but I should say that even if this college is being harsh on us it is blending us to live in a society where even if you don't have anything you will be able to survive.
College has a very big name, but corruption is there which is breaking its roots and its infrastructure is the most negative poiny it has, as a nit it has all equipments but due to lack of funds or corruption they are not able to implement it properly and not use new technologies
The reason for joining thi. Institute after clearing jee main is that i got cse and the institute is very reputed.its placement statistics is very good. To secure a good job after 4 years I chose this branch.apart from this it is nearer to my hometown.my cousin also studied from here and told me about his cultural, technical activities which also motivates me to join.
All the reviewshave been positive. Only there is a case that points out to the infrastructure which is still under construction. This may even take a few years maybe two or three. Concern about its geological location.
In this college, the infrastructure is not good but it is still developing very fast. It will be the first NIT in India soon. The Indus college mess food is not very good; they always give aloo sabji. The infrastructure is not good.
I got admission through a central government scheme called DASA(Direct Admission of Students Abroad). Students who have completed 10th and 12th class from outside India and meet some terms and conditions are eligible to apply. Students are required to give SAT Subject Test in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Based on scores a rank list is created and colleges are allotted based on that. There are limited seats in each college. MNNIT had around 25 seats at my time. Normal DASA fee is 4000 USD. Also, under DASA there is another scheme named CIWG(Children of Indian Workers in Gulf) for students who have their either parents working in Gulf countries. According to that, 15% DASA fee should be reserved for CIWG and fee should be ?62500. That of course is given based rank list. My combined SAT score was 2370/2400 and I was specifically looking for CS branch. Fortunately I got admission in MNNIT CS branch under CIWG. PS: many rules have changes please look at DASA website for current rules and seat matrix of each college
The placement are really good in my college most of the student get placed but the infrastructure is really bad. The labs do not have proper equipment and the condition of hostel is not very good.they should focus more on the infrastructure
