Environment, the college is situated inside a forest like environment it is so refreshing with a river by side and all birds sound.
Teaching, they teach mostly practical than theory.Most of the time we do field work in class

Dislikes

Mess food, mess food is pretty good but not worth the money
Since the college is inside forest we have to walk 1.5 kilometer for nearest small shop. And we have to go in bus for 5 kilometer for nearest town

Faculty:

The teaching was really good, teacher interacts with us almost everytime while teaching. We get sirs and madam who finished PhD in in their respective field in agriculture and every teacher is highly experienced. We got almost 6 to 7 permanent teachers and 6 to 7 teachers from other institute come to teach us for the total students of 120.

The college atmosphere is very good, an walk around the college makes your stress go down. The fruits around the college can also be consumed without any restrictions.
The college motivates and supports students in sports and culturals and various functions are conducted to get out the talents of the students.

Dislikes

Record works are more that you cannot study every day when you are an average student. You will be ultimately forced to study a day before exam which is very difficult.

Faculty:

For every course, there will be at least 3 staff in the college. Each of them is qualified to do scientific research and most of them are not so efficient in teaching. But self-studying and asking doubts to them is very effective. The staff are very much approachable and available 5 days a week.

Faculty:

84 courses are there. Agronomy, soil science, plant breeding are the core subjects which come up in every sem. All the staffs were given home nearby and they were good at clearing doubts. We have morning practical class starts from 7. 30 to 10. 00am and then 2 thoery classes and again one theory at 1. 30, followed by another practical upto 5pm.

Nearly 20 professors of average age between 35 - 40. All were holding a doctorate degree. Some professors had industrial exposure before entering into the teaching field and ofcourse they guide students in proceeding their professional life. Professors with specific specialization will be opted take classes on the concern courses which made the session more enthusiastic.

The teachers of the college are very patient and listens to every student very carefully. They always engage the students in certain activities and in different way of learning. The class going on is never boring with any of the teacher as they always find new methods and ways of teaching. Teachers in the college or form but are very friendly when it comes to listening out problems. They became our friends but always have that line which a student and teacher should have. All the faculty is very patient with the students and are very caring. They engage students in learning the concept rather than forcefully putting the concept in their mind. The teachers are always up for new methods of teaching and do not give up on students easily.
