- The research department infrastructure is so good
- The library with lot of books from every department
Dislikes
- The acess to any lab or reasearch would not there after 6:30
- Too much strict on dress and hair code , which is sometimes annoying
Course Curriculum Overview:
The projects or reasearch could be taken by students at any point of time and in any topic irrespective of the department they joined , the code culture is SASTRA could be improved by a lot and the way they evaluate the programming paper's as well,we will have exams after every one month the difficulty would be same as every exam apart from 3rd exam as it has full syllabus

- The college campus is clean and tidy, it feels like you have entered a new village, not like other colleges where the campus is full of building.
- Lots of opportunities for students is given in academic sides, a lot of internship, speeches from people who achieved, if you use it well it will benefit you
Dislikes
- The way we pay fines if someone brakes something everyone have to pay fine for them like in hostels,labs
- deans of students affair, electronics department the are rude and doesn't help much like they have too much power
Course Curriculum Overview:
I like biotechnology personaly and the facilities available for biotechnology is huge in SASTRA particularly so I choosed. There are lot of practical experience in college, But in academic wise I would say low, too much focused on exams and other things. But you have opportunities for you can use them Improve ment in practical application and lab experiments needed We will be having a CIA after one month from the start of semester the two CIA s will be held at one month gap each

- Facultys nature is good. They want to help you in every aspect
- Diffrent types of completion also organised in the college after certain duration
Dislikes
- During the college fest they only focus on performance related to Tamil lab
- Few teaches speak Tamil language during the class of you are outsider it might be problematic for you

Curriculum is not very hard for 1st cia they generally give 1 unit which they cover. Within a month You can prepare easily I fyou study everyday Then for 2nd. Cia 1.5 unit For 3 cia. Whole syllabus

- Education qualityis very good. The way they train you.
- Labs and other facilities are on point. They spend too much on labs
Dislikes
- Strictness of college is a little high compared to other peivate universities
- They dont allow non vegetarian food or outside food inside the campus or hostel.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course aspect is well set. They make a clear syllabus and curriculum. All that you need for your branch or department will be thought. Even labs are designed in that way to make you a perfect engineer in that aspect.

- The faculty are good in every way they will assist you but there will be no spoon feeding tho. But they will be helpful
- The resources that we get which is helpful for us for our higher studies
Dislikes
- According to sastra there will be no any senior junior interaction
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is totally based on GATE and it is very useful in the for real world application and competitive exams. As long as I know there is no wrong in the curriculum it's the students who needs to help themselves and use the books and the resources provided by the university

- No enjoyment as per se. Has few some events .
Course Curriculum Overview:
As my course is about electronics engineering Vlsi design.The courses are new and gives good groundwork to basics and the electives they provide is suitable for even industrial training. frequency of internal exams is once per month and there will be three internal exams.
Dislikes
- Mess food is purely vegtarian. But is ok.
- Boys are not permitted to go outside after 8.00pm. And girls are not even permitted. They can only go when their outing timing is alloted.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have good basics in coding. Thats y i choosen cse course. College curriculum is more revelant to industrical needs. But need some improvments. For 1 years, students will study entire enginnering stuffs. External is 50 marks alone. And exams will conduct on every month. Based on this 50 marks will given.

- Very good campus buildings and too big to see
- The food maagement is very good and hygiene
Dislikes
- Bathroom maintainance is very bad in the hostels
- Girls rules and regulations are very strict
Course Curriculum Overview:
First.. i am very interested in doing computer science Engineering. So i selected information communication technology. The campus management is very good at the preperation of timetable I think there is no need of saying about their thoughts, they are very good in everything Ofcourse this is a deemed to be university, nearly equal to NITs.. so the subject depth is obviously tough and we should get prepared to it

- I like the environment which has full of trees and it isis very peaceful
- I like the newly built library which has all the facilities to study in a calm environment
Dislikes
- I don't like the rules which is only given to girls
- I don't like restricting girls on going outing only once a month

My course is very new and which is not available in other colleges in this course i had studied both software and hardware .in each semister i studied all the subjects from CSE and atleast one subject from ECE

- The professor are very good at teaching . The education is good and the infrastructure is also good.
- The infrastructure of the college is good and it is filled with greenary .
Dislikes
- The new hostel for the boys is outside the college which is very long to reach the class on time by walk
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am an Ece engineer. The academic of this branch especially is very high and the questions asked at the exam are very high standard which will help us to develope the knowledge of the subject with the teachers.
