The campus environment was overall good. Majority was malayalees when I was there and minority of other state students also. We used to meet every week for to discuss social issues, and many club was there, but the student where not much active for that. But we conduct every programme and days to celebrate dance and stage programmes.

Fests are mostly cultural on campus - around October, we celebrate Onam on campus and during August, we have a Fresher's Party and around April, we have a Farewell. All other festivities are also celebrated on campus. All books relevant to the curriculum and beyond are available in the library. All classrooms have the basic infrastructure - a whiteboard, projector, air conditioning and a microphone system. The seating is individual. There is a ground where students engage in sports such as football and cricket as per their whims. During the winters, badminton and volleyball is also played as the nets are set up. There is also a table tennis table set up. The active clubs include - the Eco-Fin Society, the Literary Society, the Cultural Cell.

Okay this is the worst aspect of MSE. They do not conduct any sort of cultural events or anything for that matter. Eveything is organised and funded by the students themselves, even freshers!! And there are absolutely no opportunities for sports and extra curricular activities, so if yall are coming here please forget about alm those. They expect you to be book nerds and not have an non academic life. There are a lot of student runned clubs but most of them are very inactive and are useless. So if you want a fun college experience then this not the place for you. Theres no ground, proper stage, sound systems etc. The library is decent but it is not used by the ungergrad students and mainly by the pg students. You will still find relevant books for your course.

They arranges annual funtions, farmer programs and also conduct celebrations for different kind of festivals of different states. That makes the students coming from states other than tamilnadu feels like a home

The library has got vast collection of books and is accessible every day upto 9 pm. We can utilise the reading room close to the library for 24/7 too. There's vast opportunity to involve in various sports activities like football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis etc on daily basis. Cultural events and fests are conducted and celebrated based on the occasions. There is a student council run by representatives elected by the students.

Campus life is quite good. You can have beautiful night walks. Due to very less pollution, wehave an ultra clear sky. Not to mention the sky here during dusk and dawn is extremely beautiful. We have an annual cultural fest known as the Aarambh. Library is one of the best libraries in the whole of India. Sports facilities include indoor: badminton, table tennis and outdoor: basketball, football, volleyball, cricket, handball etc. Students run groups: Students council and Freedom Speakers Study Circle, both aiming the well-being of studnts in the campus.

You will face language barrier sometimes because some Tamil people won't understand English or Hindi. There is no cultural clubs for outshowing our talent. Only you can participate in cultural functions. More emphasized studies than celebrations. Boring life until you get great friends
