I plan to get into a corporate Law firm after my college. However, during your 5-year course, you get a lot of different opportunities to delve into this includes competitive exams such as UPSC and judiciary, and academia. You can also opt for an in-house placement in different companies across the country or you can also start your own practice with a lawyer or on your own.
I think my college is situated at one of the remotest but beautiful location which is the best thing about the city Jodhpur. It has beautiful fort named Meherangarh Fort and other places like Mandore Garden, Umaid Bhawan, Jaswant Thada. All these place always makes you feel young and new and thus, the city never makes us feel bored from our hectic college and academic life.
If you get into this college half of your work is done the rest half depends on what you do here or how you pursue it and get involved in not only studies but activities like moot, sports, ADR, debates and other activities.
A meme that I read another day precisely puts my views about college in perspective. " A college is like looking left and right before crossing the street and getting hit by an aeroplane". The positive aspects is brand name of National Law Universities and negative aspects can be overburden course and examination system that promotes mediocrity.
Good place. It's a little hot here, though. But in all honesty, it's one of the best places to study law, in the country. It's a balance of rigorous of academics and an extremely liberal cultural environment.
Good things - College life, college events, infrastructure Bad things - Hectic academic schedule, average faculty, paying for meals.
A lot of big names comes into the colleges to higher students a lot of big companies, a lot of big law firm. The college has around 95% rate of the placement the majority of the students are able to Grab a good job with a really high salary.
Management is working hard to provide everything they can. It is one of the best Law school in India. Eventually carries the same value in abroad too.
CLAT, I chose BBA. ll.b because It allowed me to study subjects like Organisational behaviour which is a branch of psychology. The other option I had was Ba.ll.b but the subjects in that course did not interest me much. The college also offered Bsc.llb till 2014 but it has now been scrapped.
I wrote CLAT & scored 149/199. I opted for this college because it is a prestigious institution & the best in India as far as mooting is concerned.
