They do very tight scrutiny of documents while taking admission them there are two category of students here other than maharashtra students and maharashtra students. So 85 percent of seats are researved for maharashtra students

- Excellent and We'll Experienced Faculty and Staff. Compulsory attendance makes the Students to attend almost every lecture
- Other amenities are great as well. Swimming Pool, Gym, Cricket Ground, Basketball Court etc.

- ILS Hostel is not that great as far as Boys' Hostel is concerned. The facilities are sub-par considering they are charging 55000 a year.

To get into ILS you have to appear for the Maharashtra CET for law. You can apply through Mahacet.gov. The exam tentatively is conducted in the month of April every year. The average cut off for general category is 114-120 out of 150 and for other categories it is around 95-97. There are 3 CAP rounds for admission.

To enroll in ILS you need to qualify the exam - MHCET ( maharastra central entrance test) which happens every year of 200 marks consisting of subjects - English logical reasoning, legal , maths and general knowledge The mhcet has a reservation of 85% of Maharashtra candidates Admission process is smooth but lacks information to students of what is happening and when it is gonna happen , the college informed 2 days before that the admission is confirmed and the admission last date of only 3 days ahead, it is difficult to book tickets at that scenario

The college offers UG courses i.e., 5 years integrated course B.A.LL.B after 12th, 3 years course LL.B after graduation, 2 years PG course LL.M, courses like D.T.L (Diploma in Taxation Laws), D.L.L (Diploma in Labour Laws) and lot other certificate courses too. The admission is based on the score of MH-LAW CET to be given which happens in June/July and counselling starts from August. ILS tops in rigorous practices of overall development of a student including moot courts, inclusion of cell activities and so on. If you need a college life, you will get fulfilled in ILS. The way of teaching of the faculties is too good. The curriculum is set in such a manner that explanation of the topics become easier after reading it. Syllabus is completed on time. Only one negative factor is their that college doesn't organize a doubt session class.

It's pretty concise and elaborate overall. Since it's a 5 year course, the course is spread out over the span of the whole 5 years and gradually teaches you the syllabus and the application of law properly with equal parts of practical and theoretical knowledge.

The syllabus was changed just a year before I enrolled. The course is a dual degree integrated course and is really well balanced between BA and LLB. In BA we have subjects that will be relevant and useful to us in our LLB course.
