Punjab Technical University Scholarships
- PTU offers a number of schemes for students including SC/ST welfare schemes, in which no fee is to be paid by the SC/ST students. Besides it also successfully executes different schemes of Punjab Government.
- The university also offers free ship scheme for students who come from economically weaker sections (EWS).
- It also offers various scholarship schemes like GATE Scholarship, JRF & SRF Scholarships, UGC/Net Schemes & Scholarships, Research Grants, Research and Development projects etc.

- College will provide siblings compensation in fee.
- College is neat and clean, including gardens and greenery.
Dislikes
- There is more crowd here lately, so it will be an issue.
- Classes are 9 to 4.30 so it becomes hectic.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
For MBA 1year fee is 124200 (including both semesters) Per semester fee is 63100 after first semester the fee will become 61100. TPP classes will cost 6000 additional. College will provide siblings aids in fee.

- Study material for each subject is provided at time
Dislikes
- Working hours should be reduced, daily we have to attend 7 lectures
- Uniform should not be there as we have to wear uniform 2 days in a week

- the infrastructure of the campus is beautiful, it has parks, grounds, libraries ands hostels nearby
- greate preference is given to extracurricular activities like clubs NCC, RSS etc.
Dislikes
- course ciriculum is outdated, new methids are not taught
- not preference is given to practical knowlege
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
fee paid is semester wise for the batch of 2024-25 for every even semester - 22350 for odd semsester -33350 yearly it is - 55700 approx. i didn't have any info about college provided scholarship. fee for the complete course is about 165000 and it has increased for the batches after 2024-25

- Teachers were very nice and well qualified. They knew to teach us well even with the limited resources at the college.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure was not developed fully. Not furnished but I think it would have been improved
- Labs lacked necessary equipment to conduct experiments.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
As I had applied through college counselling system and given a Sikh religous exam which gives students from the Sikh background a special provision of admissions. This gave me a fee waiver in the tution fees and I paid 30,000/ year although the fees was 1,00,000/ year

- Cricket court , Badminton court, volleybal courtv
- College size is big and every department
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is very bad and faculties are not good in teaching
- They are not good in sports game and not available
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Year wise 96000 fees i have paid Admission fees 10000 i had paid earlier Board fees regular semester wise 2000 Lab charges semester wise 200 Pms is the scholarship for sc and st students and it provides full fees back. And i m not avail this scholarship
Likes
- The environment college offers is great . The teachers over there or staff sitting at respective places are also helpful
- One of the greatest attraction to a scholar is books and materials so the library of the college is ful of content
Dislikes
- The crowd is on bit lower side as the college is located in tier 3 locality
- The parking facilities for student vehicles is good if you have two wheeler but if you have four wheeler u just got ample amount only no security guard nothing
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
I had paid around 40000 rupees including tuition fees and examination fees college took us from till now And my batchmates also gets scholarship for whole reimbursement of the tuition fees and they have to pay their examination fees on their own which is around 2500-3000 as the case may be

- Faculty is very supportive and helpful . You can easily understand all the topics in class itself
- College has well managed library and laboratory with fully air conditioned and wifi supported
Dislikes
- The curriculum is not up to date it focus more on theory
- The campus size is small as compared to other colleges
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The fee structure of Btech (CSE) is around 1lakh a year and the hostel fees is around 70k a year . Although college provides PMS ( post metroc scholarchip ) to lower caste students who has low income certificate . Total fees excluding hostel fees is around 4lakh.

- There are various aspects that i like about our college like uniform rule that's good for every student
- My engagement with campus life is very good as i met new people made new friends and got a lot to learn
Dislikes
- Things i dislike about college is that there should be various instruments in college labs for students to learn
- There should be management support for every student if any student is facing any issue

College fees of our one year is 40000 Hostel fees for one year in oue college is 70000 Exam fees in our college is 5000. Yhis is gor university exams. College event fees approx 3000 Various Project fees 5000

- CGC provides wide range of opportunity in the field of placement and other activities like hackathon, others competitions.
- have smart room classes and labs that provides better environment for study
Dislikes
- the crowded environment of cgc and 75% mandatory attendance
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
in CGC the semester fee is approximately 60k to 65 k. there are scolership program that offers by PTU during the online Counseling named TFW(tution fee waiver). if there are fest in college so that have seperate fee that will automatically includes in your due account.

- I think they should invite more and more companies for placement
- All the teachers and support staff is very good
Dislikes
- Hactic schedule was very bad no feelings of college
- Time is 9 to 4 and before 2 no one allowed to go out

The year wise I paid about 60k The tution fees about 14-15k Ragistration fees about 7700 including Prospective worth 700 and 7k for the uniform All the other fees such as lab liabraray are included in 60k
