The course I took was electronics and communication engineering. I took this course by my own interest, the course has good scope of having good future, and moreover the the future is highly related to what we study in this course(not everything will be studied but only few aspects), electronics and communication is what we are using in our daily life, so studying this course will ultimately have a good scope of good future because in the coming generation the use of communication and electronics will be too good. So coming to our college there are some concerns where the improvement is required. In our college only a few core courses regarding ece will be studied compared to other colleges, so that is a main drawback, one can be strong in their course by getting good knowledge of covering as many parts of the course ,so it's better to have few more subjects of our course. The main exams will be conducted twice in the semester which will be relevantly though.

Electronics is intresting The curriculum includes breadth courses like humanity sciences which help a lot in real world scenario Some unnecessary courses should be removed and also the credits and contact hours are very high for certain branches Mid semester exams are held during mid semester and end semester at the end

The curriculum is good. We are taught by very good professors and placements are also good but as present recession is going on we are facing little issue with the placements. As in ece there is good scope for the learning new things and invent new things I was interested in taking this course. The improvement required in the course structure is making the students select the subjects of their interests from our branch from 3rd year only but at present it is implemented from 4th year. We have exams two times in a semester mid and end semester examinations. If we follow all the classes and solve the tutorials and assignments we will able to score very good marks and good grades and sometimes paper difficulty depends on the professor.

The course cirriculum is old school type and moderately good. There are many subjects outside of domain which can be explored and interesting. It prepares well for placements as compared to interships.

I checked the previous cutoffs and of all the options I had, this is the best opportunity that I have. Many things other than academics like region, transportation facilities played a role in choosing the institute. I was interested to take a course in ECE or EE as I was not that interested in choosing cse at a lower grade IIT than ece or ee at a second grade iit. Ece being a course that requires greater understanding of topics and a greater level of dedication to pursue has its own challenges. As a student, everyone of us face difficulties at labs with the equipment being unsuitable to perform. We usually have a mid semester and end semester exams in one semester. Mid semester usually occurs after 1.5 months and end semester will be conducted at the end of 4th month of a semester. A semester will be of 4 months. Course structure has to be reviewed again and adjusted according to the current requirements. Few useful courses aren't there.

Ece is probably the best branch I could say because of the large scale demand in core related to integrated circuits and electronics. I feel it's a safer branch compared to CSE as AI could possible take time to affect the electronics industry

The course contents was really exciting. All the curiculum was upto industry standards and i hope it will help me in my placement. The professors really taught with real life examples and applications. I choose the ECE curiculum because it is versatile and i would be able to go in multiple fields in the future if i want to. Improvement can happen in certain professors who only teach from ppts. The exam levels depend on the professor
I wanted to choose any technical branch over first-generation iit and hence I choose electronics and communications at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. The faculty member is all Ph.D. qualified and good teaching methods are followed.
