Our college is prestigious and has a very good rank all over india and is one of the top most medical college in the kashmir valley.
No matter the students religion, sex, gender, cast, colour ets students intract with each other nicely, discussing about their studies, career

Dislikes

The hostel facility are not that much good and also accomodation of students.
There is no canteen for college students so that they can lunch with healthy food.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship in our college is for 1 year and during this year we get a stipend of 13000 per month which is going to increase to 2500 in future. The role of an intern is to assist the PG and consultants on duty. Also, inturns get the opportunity to treat patients which improves their skills and experience and also get the opportunity to intract with consulting surgeons and other higher medical staff.

The Dream College Where Most Dreams Remain The Dreams

The clinical aspect of this college is comparable to AIIMS delhi
Interactive environment between seniors and juniors

Infrastructure is not up to date as it should be
Toxicity in every department almost sucks

Internship is provided by the samenm college and they give a stipend of 12 thousands a month with a very huge workload. You usually work under PGs and like a labour you have to be standing there from morning to the evening

University of Kashmir: An institution which needa to overhaul itself

Good Quality infrastructure available with 24×7 open library, very experienced and competent faculty members who are best in relevant subjects
Main object of the university is to provide practical knowledge to the students so that they are able to fit in their respective fields e.g. the faculty of laws conducts routine moot courts so that the law students recieve practical knowledge.

The university takes longer time than the prescribed time for any course. For instance, the BA LLB course at our time was to complete in the year 2017 but the said course was completed in the year 2018
All the basic facilities not available e.g. transport facilities available only for few areas, no checks on the food supplied in canteens etc

The faculty of law in our university did not provide any internship opportunity as such and not even a single law firm or any other company visited our institution for the said purpose and hence the students had to join various firms for intership purposes on their own.

Attendance should be more than 70% that is difficult for students

The college provide the internship to the final year students six months internship are done to the college that enhance the knowledge of the students that is very good for the students to provide more knowledge

University of kashmir is located on north western shore if dal lake. That gives it an aesthetics value

Life of a student in Institute of technology

People of different cities and culture are there so a good experience
Good amount of area for the sports activities even though college doesn't support this.

Some of Faculty members are arrogant so it gives bad experience
Semster exams are just 3 days after the classes end

There are internships but they are not internships with stipend. College doesn't provide us with such opportunities. There are only our final year project nothing related to internship. So our internship opportunities are not paid internships

Review of SEM college Humama Srinagar

I liked the education facility of the SEM college teachers are really friendly to their students
I also liked the extra curricular activities of SEM college they are providing the cricket and football tournament faculty

Some facilities that I didn't like about the SEM college is I don't like the infrastructure of sem college they have to repair their their basic facilities again
Another thing that I didn't like about sem college is transport facility

Different companies visits sem college every year SEM college provide internship opportunities to their students different students of SEM have got job in the top MNC companies SEM college provide facility of projects students are participating in making different projects recently we have done a project of Artificial intelligence

Admistrative premises was good with friendly faculty

senior students was doing ragging to junior students
Semester result was delayed which directly effects the course time.

Some mncs like Google and various companies introduce some seminars and workshops and also some companies make placement. Speed controlled automatic speed breaker was my project during my internship highlly usefull at accident prone areas..

Friendly behaviour of some teachers towards students

Internships should be provided to UGstudents so that they can get some experience
Term exams too fast no even time if preparation

Internships are provided under PG course and are best for students I am pursuing ug course so I don't have knowledge of same but I have seen a lot of students happy with internships offered to them and I hope in future I can take the benefit of these too
