Likes

The people is here is very comfortable including faculties.
It is very peaceful here and affordable also.

Dislikes

The university is divided into 4 campuses. And it is very small.
The lab is small.but also it have enough items

Experience at my university allowed me to pursue my interest, develop new skills and meet like-minded individuals
The various suuports offered by university such as counselling and health services

Dislikes

The pressure to perform academically, especially during exams when there is a lot of stress and competition
It can be difficult to maintain a healthy work life because of balancing course works , assignments ,etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly,it ensures that the content being taught is up to date ,for maintaining the quality of education.It helped me really understand and opened my mind for really tricky problems, increased problem solving ability .As for the ecamination is obviously not the 10/12th level when you are doing higher maths the problems will b relatable but still what the teachers have taught us was hepful and played important role while you appear nd try to solve any problem in examinatio .

There was such a nice teaching staff i mean high qualified teaching staff. There was such nice festivals which always were good for the practical utility
Some good educational tours to outside campuses.

The course is very good for the practical knowledge and it is a three year course.I am very satisfied with my decision to choose this course. in this course i got to do an internship of 4th months And also job training for 1month.if any student wants to quit this course after 1 year he will get diploma.

Timely release of results in Central University of Kashmir poses a challenge, causing delays. Streamlining result announcements would significantly improve the academic experience and provide students with timely feedback on their performance.

Selecting the chemistry course was a natural choice driven by a genuine passion and proficiency in the subject. The faculty members, boasting qualifications like NET JRF, post-doc experiences, and extensive teaching backgrounds, have profoundly enriched the learning experience. Notably, for every 22 students, there are 8 dedicated faculty members, ensuring a conducive environment for personalized interaction and guidance. This balanced faculty-to-student ratio of 1:2.75 allows for meaningful engagement and support, contributing to a more enriching academic experience. Term exams were consistently conducted in a timely manner. Despite inevitable challenges, the supportive faculty and a thoughtfully structured curriculum played pivotal roles in fostering a positive learning journey. The combination of dedicated faculty and a well-designed course has undoubtedly contributed to a holistic and fulfilling academic experience in the realm of chemistry.

Likes

The Faculty is quite qualified and ver hospitable and humble. They solve every doubts of students.
The infrastructure is quite good and of latest technology.

Dislikes

The weather gets cold when the Temperature gets below zero during December to February.
Every thing is good there but only one thing which irritates is weather.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was my interest to choose this course since my secondary education. There is an intake capacity of 21 students. The faculty members are highly qualified. It took 6 months to complete a semester there. The infrastructure and environment are quite good.

Library and reading rooms; The environment of the library was giving peace of mind.
Extra curricular activities, like tech fests in which online gaming competitions were held.

Dislikes

The duration for submission of fee was less and online mode was only available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of the institute was well-skilled and the laboratory was also well-equipped. The student faculty ratio was almost 5:1.All the faculty members were with Ph.D. and post-doctorate. Exams were held on time.

Area is not too big. But government is working on it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I Graduated in mathematics. The faculty is good and the student ratio is also stable. Qualification of the faculty is decent but they are contractual. Exams have been taken on time. And as for exams to pass. Not too much difficult to pass.

Affordable education in Kashmir

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 4th semester in PG courses. Decathalon, ICICI Bank, and a few other companies visited as well. Few offers were made like 4 from ICICI bank and 2-3 from decathlon. The above-average package of 2-3 lac per annum was offered by ICICI bank. The average was 1-2 lacs per annum. Almost 10% of students got placements. I had plans to get employed during my degree but I couldn't because of the lack of exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The term exams were held after every 6 months which includes CIA (internal examination, Power point presentation, viva voice and 60 marks end semester examination). The papers was difficult to pass but our faculty staff teached us very well so we can do it easily.
