No one prepares you for the curriculum at Architecture schools. The number of submissions and the intensity of pressure throughout the semester is really high. Especially the amount of work load is incomparable with other courses. But that's what make them strong and deserving. Yet, it is really away from the real life applications. There are a lot of areas in the curriculum that needs to be reinvented.

The course curriculum as compared to other arch colleges is way more advanced. We are introduces to modern softwares in the first year itself while dodging the old irrelevant subjects like engineering drawing. We also have an internship semester in the 4th year prividing actual field experience.

The future scope to apply and learn different courses is large. Planning is the next upcoming sector. Beneficial for civil services knowledge. Faculty have more than 30 years of experience in field/teaching. Term exams are not difficult to prepare but difficult to score.

I choose the course because of the college's name. It is a renowned college in terms of architecture and planning. Colleges have experienced faculties. The number of students is more than faculties. The faculties are good. At the end of the semester, we have juries.

The course curriculum consists of a variety of subjects ranging from humanities to technical subjects. Low faculty: student ratio which is around 1:5 ensures easy accessibility to the faculty regarding doubts and discussions. The process of weekly assessments every Monday ensures sometimes makes the course a little tougher
