Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum consists of a variety of subjects ranging from humanities to technical subjects. Low faculty: student ratio which is around 1:5 ensures easy accessibility to the faculty regarding doubts and discussions. The process of weekly assessments every Monday ensures sometimes makes the course a little tougher
Placement Experience :
Placement cell is very weak in college for undergraduate courses. Maximum package in the range of 4-6 lakhs per annum. The majority of the students apply for master in planning courses or MBA. Eligibility for government jobs is also after master's in planning courses.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees are around Rs. 49000 per semester along with additional hostel and mess fees. All major central and state government schemes are provided for eligible students. Recent hikes in the mess fees were an issue for the students.
Campus Life :
Annual cultural (Utopia) and sports fest (Athlos)are major event in the college life. The library has access to all the major research journals. Remote access is also available for the journals. 13-14 extracurricular societies. The only issue is the lack of adequate sports facilities within the campus.
Admission :
Better awareness regarding the course amongst the juniors. Specifying the course details along with a detailed syllabus, past placement reports and future prospects will enable the juniors to make a better decision
