SPA Delhi Admission 2024 is open for B.Arch./ B.Plan courses based on JEE Main scores. JoSAA has released the Round 3 Seat Allotment Result and the last date for fee payment is July 08 (5 PM). Further, the Round 4 results will be out on July 10 and candidates can pay the fees till July 15 (5 PM). Students can check the SPA Delhi JEE Main Cutoff 2024 here.

About SPA Delhi
School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi, is a premier institute of architecture established in the year of 1941. It is deemed to be a university having recognition as an institute of National importance. The college is ranked #5 in NIRF 2023 ranking for Architecture. SPA Delhi has collaborations with SPA Vijaywada, SPA Bhopal and B.R Ambedkar University of Delhi.
SPA Delhi offers B.Arch., B.Plan at the UG level, M.Arch., M.Plan., M.Des., MBEM at the PG level, and also doctoral programs. Admission to the BArch and B.Plan program is offered on the basis of JEE Main Exam. SPA Delhi Admission
- UG Admission: Admission to B.Arch., B.Plan is done based on scores obtained by the candidates on JEE Mains. Candidates qualifying the exam will be called for counselling process

- There is supposed to be a placement cell mentioned in the official website of SPA, but it doesnt exist.
- The college fees are quite low in comparison to other NITs and IITs, but the mess fee of the hostel increased in the middle of the semester. This issue has not been addressed, and as a result, people might face hurdles.

We should have clear JEE main Paper 2 (B-arch) or 3 (B-plan). The admission happened through JoSSA. I scored 98 percentile in JEE. Cut off was 96 percentile. If you are in OBC, you have a reservation. Other reservations are also available.

The total fee structure for M.Arch at SPA New Delhi is iNR 2,64,000 for 2 years.
SPA New Delhi does not accept NATA scores for admission to any of its courses. Admissions to the courses are based on UCEED, GATE, JEE Mains examinations.
SPA Delhi conducts its own counseling for admission in the B.Arch program. Students with valid JEE Mains score can register themselves and attend the counseling conducted by the university.
The fee structure is available at 011 2370 2382.
The form for B.Arch was also released along with JEE Mains and the last to apply for the same was January 12th 2023.
No, there is no specific reservation for Kashmiri Pandits in SPA, Delhi. The reservation is only given on the basis of your caste category.
