The fee structure is formed according to the constitution law which is designed in some categories which differentiates on the basis of parental income. The complete cost of my course would be around 7- 8 lakhs as I fall in the category of 1 to 5 lakh parents income. The scholarship cell in the college also helps in getting scholarship to the needy ones.

No, you cannot get a free seat in NIT Delhi, you can get fee waivers based on govt scholarships, however it won’t amount to the entire fee structure. Thus, you’ll have to pay the fee structure anyhow.
there are various scholarship opportunites and the scholarship amount varies based on the scholarship category. If your family income under 5 lacs, then your entire tution fees is waived off. Also, for SC/ST category students, the fee structure of INR 8 lacs is reduced to INR 4 lacs.
