I have Delhi quota and defence quota, what should be my AIR to get into DTU, NSIT , IIIT Delhi or NIT Delhi?

Here are some details regarding B.Tech admissions through defense HS quota- Admissions through defense quota depend on your priority category: Till 5th priority category - Confirmed admission with any AIR. 6th priority category - Admission depends on other applicants’ rank. 7th priority category - No chance in the general defense category. NSUT Round 5 cutoff for general defense category Delhi students (JEE Mains 2023) is given below- NSUT B.Tech branch Cutoff Rank (HS) Network and Information Security 27507 Mathematics and Computing 35086 ECE 48157 EE 82713 Instrumentation & Control Engineering 107529 ME 121900 Biotech 148114 IT 764836 I have mentioned the cutoff for NSUT. You may check the cutoffs for DTU, IIIT Delhi, and NIT Delhi in a similar manner.

How many marks are required for the NIT Delhi for general category?

To get admission to NIT Delhi one needs to appear for the JEE (Main) exam and also secure at least 75% marks in Class XII or be within the category-wise top 20 percentile in his/her respective Class XII board examination. Admissions to NIT Delhi are based on your rank in JEE (Main) through JoSAA Counseling and CSAB Special Round. Can I get any branch in NIT Goa, Jaipur, or Delhi if my JEE Mains rank is 180k (I am in the general category)?

Its nearly impossible to get any branch in any of the colleges mentioned above. The colleges mentioned above are all NITs in particular NIT Goa, NIT Jaipur, and NIT Delhi. None of the NITs open admission for the rank of around 180k so it would be better if you should prepare well and appear for the exam in the next year or take admission in any private college. Theres no chance that any NIT would offer admission for 180k rank.

NIT Delhi B.Tech cutoffs are released on the JoSAA portal after each round of counselling in the form of Opening and closing ranks. Usually, JEE Main cutoffs are released in 6 rounds on the JoSAA portal and the last two cutoffs are released for the supernumerary seats on the CSAB portal.

Students intake is less so it’s really good in terms of teacher students interaction
Hostels are really good ,you can say like one of the best hostels among IITs and NITs.AC hostel are also provided.

Dislikes

Mess food is really bad like really bad.
it is situated almost at the haryana delhi border, you’ll hardly find anything in 5km radius.

Admission:

As we all know we can get into any IIT NIT only through JEE. Last year cutoff was around 15k for general candidate to get ECE in NITD, cutoff may differ for other categories . Counselling process is done theough Josaa and Csab rounds

Quality of education is good, experienced faculties that are always ready to work with students and always motivate students during students are filling any problems either related to exams or personal problems, always encourage student.
There are so many clubs which provides students to participate in different activities to enhance your personal development

Hostel and mess facilities are are much good . Its a developing college but now roads are under construction.
In first year they provides the hostel to first year students which is 5 km away from the college so its a challenging for student to travels in in summer because every one know how is the summer in delhi area

The application process is through JOSSA, to enter any of NIT, you need to pass the JEE exams, and after that on the basis of the college cutoff you get selected for different branches in which you applied, reservation benefits are also 50 percent of students are from the home state, Delhi and remaining of 50 percent are from other states.

Insight of NIT Delhi

There are many opportunity for college student to showcase their talent
Like there are good sports ground, lecture hall, auditorium etc

Campus size is small and established in very unsafe location.
There are bad connectivity of buss and metro.

Admission is totally based on JEE Mains rank. The also based on the category wise like SC, Obc, EWS & st. All of students take on the admission based on their category & jee mains rank. The don't like the online admission process it's too stressful because we can't get proper clarification about the documents which are needed to admission & many other information so this should be done in physical mode

Underrated NIT DELHI

The first this thing like about nit delhi is location of college it's located in Delhi which provides me various oportunity.
College organised various fest every year and most liked fest by me is sport fest

Campus is not complete till now it's is in under-construction
Some time faculty design the paper very tough

You can addmission in NIT DELHI through JEE mains exam.you have to pass the JEE mains exam with good rank. counseling is done by joosa for admission. The exam in college conducted two time in every semester.

NIT DELHI AS A COLLEGE

As a developing college, it provides as much facilities and resources as it could.
The campus life is very enthusiastic and everyone has a loving greatful nature.

The campus is not much big which lacks in exploring the college more.

The eligibility in this college is through the JEE entrance exam. The application form, application fees, and verification dates are provided on the college website in a very systematic way and also keep updating.

NIT Delhi student Life

Friends and teachers are good and a friendly environment is provided.
Study wise as ours is a new branch so all professors are teaching their best.

As the campus is in construction period so there is less convenience regarding shops , food items .
Mess food is the worst case here . I literally miss my home .

Admission was smooth. I didnt took any coaching. I only studied NCERT and other referred books for JEE mains.Only cutoff and admission does not matter . what matters is your capabilities to learn after getting here.

National Institute of Technology DELHI has a good average package offerred
It is situated in delhi which enables us to visit many places and has vast linkage to various companies

Natiopnal Institute of technology DELHI does not has a large campus as it is situated in only 51 acre area.
Hostel for boys is far away from the institute and bus facility is provided but there is inconvenience while travelling to institute

The admission process was through josaa counselling in which we have to opt for the colleges with branches in priority order After choosing of the order they match the eligibility of course with the corresponding rank Nit Delhi can be got by the jee qualification rank in the mains exam. The cutoff is decided by josaa and through this process, admission can be taken. The thing that I don't like is that the campus is very small only 51 acre And there is no branch upgrade option in NIT DELHI.

Authentic Review of National Institute of Technology Delhi

The campus have a modern infrastructure with all indeed laboratories. All the basic facilities are available here.

Currently It's campus is going in under construction phase.

There is a well-known called the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) Main. Based on the performance in this examination cutoff is prepared in counseling of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSA) and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB).

Genuine reviy

The environment of our college is very good including the behaviour of the faculties they deals with you with very politeness and they are very educated in their field,more about faculty I can say is they are also very friendly and very calm
The infrastructure is brilliant of our college structurally and as well as technically every floor every room covers the wifi range and every room,lab,Lts have sir conditioner the buildings are very beautifully designed which looks like IT buildings

The thing I don't like that the college is very far like I travel near about 2 hours to reach college because their is no metro station near college I have take the bus from the nearest metro and it took near about half n hour to reach the college
The second thing that because of shifting the infrastructure is not ready yet so the proper vibe of college doesn't come from our college in present we have a ground 2 big buildings and every sports courts like cricket badminton and basketball or etc

For taking admission your rank should be in thousands in Jee mains if you are from genenal cast and +2 percentage should be near about 85 and you'll know about jee mains and if you want to give improvement for it yes obviously you can this exam helds 2 times in a year

As per the analysis of the previous year cutoff of the NIT Delhi for JEE Mains, you can et admission with the minimum 15598 rank. Candidates having passed 10+2 Examination from any State or Central Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent, in Science Stream (PCM), with at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ ST). Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination are also eligible. The candidates need to appear for JEE Mains and have a valid score, and attend the JoSAA Counselling.
