The college management needs to be more productive. They bug you about the silliest things, especially attendance. Attendance is 75% mandatory although it needs to be 50% in reality even if you have 70% attendance they would send text, mails, e-mails to somehow inform the parents every month which is pesty
HMR Institute of Technology and Management has always been on the top in the scale of excellence. Everything here is great. Infrastructure is a little bit disappointing. If you dreaming of a vast campus you will get disappointed. One of the biggest issue is the location of this college. HMR Institute of Technology and Management is located in Narela village which is directly connected to any of the public transport, but to compensate this college provides it's own transportation facility which costs you around 30000 per year.
Overall adgitm(formerly known as NIEC) is neutral. As it is positive in some aspects such as extra curricular activities , infrastructure, spirts etc. But it also have negative aspects like its location, placements in some branches etc.
One drawback here is poor social management of the website., lack of sports equipments and area. The biggest positive is the placement cell and collaboration with IEEE that helps in reaching out to loads of opportunities. The coding club is a strong network of alumni team that has helped thousands of students in learning new languages and software.
The ground is small, the place where the college is situated is not that good, the hostel is really strict, Hostel service is only for girls, no fests, the checking of test papers is not lenient, they are very particular about attendance.
The college overall was below what I had expected it to be but still was pretty average.
College management is good and supportable. There is also an anti-ragging committee which is one of the important committees of the any campus
Locality is not good but it does not affect the interior of the college I would recommend getting another college if you can get it close to the metro.
College management was nice. Its infrastructure is its USP. The environment is very friendly. Study pressure is sometimes high.
