Your prospects of being accepted into NIT Warangal's B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme are very slim or practically zero ,  given your JEE Main 2020 ranking of 38,447 in the EWS category.

Your rank is many times higher, so you will not be eligible for CSE at NIT Warangal through JoSAA or CSAB counseling
