The college needs a lot of improvement in the course curriculum. The course subjects are good but some are not relevant to the software industry. Other than that everything is quite good labs, teachers.

The course in our university is very good . During internship the college provide student with external teachers from IIT college so that the student can make the future more bright. The course can be more expanded because a less number of option are there for students to choose. The teacher should also interact with the student for every single question

There is a great demand for skilled developers or software engineers. The cources should be revised, i feel that because a lot of papers did not include the core of that paper that is to learn how to do it practically, the hands on approach was missing.

I joined this course because of i had good knowledge of computer science but our curriculum doesn't includes any real- world applications. It just gives theoretical knowledge on everything, we have to learn it by ourselves. We have in each semester 2 quiz test 2 assignments 1 suprise Of each subject We have midsem aftrr 45 days of starting of course and then end sem

I chose this course because it has the relevant options which hold the most importance in the job world of Engineers, unlike other colleges where many options make it confusing for the students. We have workshops in the 1st year so we get a real life experience in what tasks the low level engineers mostly do when they enter into the real world jobs. And then we get internships and skills related to our specialisation in the second year. The curriculum is quite vast and focuses on overall view on all aspects. In depth is taught especially when the majority students are curious. We use smart boards where some topics which cannot be explained in theory are showed to us visually and students prepare presentations based on trending topics in the computer science field. I wish there were more sessions where most students are included in presentations to sharpen our communication skills. Exams are twice every year and mid sems 20 days before semesters and are medium in difficulty.

In terms of course curriculum... I would still see a lots of scope for improvement... Our college is still teaching us many things which are not industry relevant and has been stopped using in the industry but we are still doing its pratical and learning those things ... So I think it's a clear waste of time . But rather than that the courses of labs are relevant.

Educational instituions often strive to maintain relevance and comprehensiveness as NIST is always good at this. Area of improvement for curriculum at NIST berhampur could be increased integration of practical, hands on learning and experiences such as internships, projects, and industry collaborations.here a balance schedules between student and faculty to ensure assessment and learning.

Curriculum is prepared on the basis of real world application and prepares us to improve our decision making skills. The teaching methods of the faculty are not so good. The timing of the exams are frequent.
