Remarks :
All things must be in positive.But negative issue are that the Infrastructure is not good at all.the lack of discipline in the college is also seen. although the teaching is top class but modern day methods of teaching is not followed.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It was pretty average. Mostly the courses are of regular in nature.it host all it's examination under the gauhati University. Also the structure is semester system of examination. The college covers the commerce curriculum and offers bachelor degree in commerce.
Placement Experience :
No there are no such things.no job opportunities or internship as of now but the college is gradually going in this respect, seminars regarding sebi ;money making are conducted on a regular basis for free.
College Events :
Saraswati puja, Fresher's , Annual week, Excursions, Magazine, Quizzes, Seminars, Are the events which are held in the college. Also the workshop related to investment and financial frauds, the company law and also on social issues.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee is very much genuine.also college provide free education to student of poor family background.poor here implies family. Income of less than 2 lakh.also free books are made available to them.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The all scholarship scheme as per the government is being provided by the college.also loans facility is there.The scholarship are mainly for meritorious students and people belonging to minority groups.
Campus Life :
The extracurricular activities in the Mangaldai commerce college includes computer ACCOUNTANCY training and sports realated activities.Also debates and group discussion is an important part of the activities.
Alumni/Alumna :
The seniors are really helpful.The ragging issue is completely absent The ex-alumini also contribute a lot towards college development.the college keep a proper track of it's alumini and show them off with great gratitude
Admission :
Fill the form and my name was on merit list and then there was a prescribed date for admission procedure.on the admission date The name was announced one by one as per the merit list and once the name is announced you have to visit the counter and have the job done.
Faculty :
The faculty of the college is good.specially the management department is way good. Others department are also good and not as management one. The other faculty are accountancy and finance. The grading can be done management as one account as 2 and finance as 3.
