The curriculum for Btech-cse is highly relevant to current industry standards, which was a primary factor in my decision to enroll. I chose this course specifically because it offers a strong balance between theoretical foundations and practical application, particularly in subjects like EEE and CSE. And curriculum are more advanced like ai technology

Admission

I try to apply LPU on the Vellore colleges and I will be get the admission in LPU but also I get admission in Sastra when I like to join because of their faculties are good and placement also good .I think i will get a good exporter in college

Over facultys are more experienced in the collage and course ?The course curriculum is highly relevant and updated with modern technologies like AI and Machine Learning .As for exams, there are typically three mid-semester series (CIAs) and one final end-semester exam.

Night Life

The nightlife at sastra College is generally quiet. On campus, the library usually stays open until [6pm to 7pm],The gym and main cafeterias typically close around [5:15], though there are often small night canteens open later for snacks.

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

The transportation to the college is slightly hard

The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it. The different between the college i applied for and sastra will be Reputation: In my surroundings sastra have a great goodwill and Reputation compared to other colleges. Placements: sastra provide wide range of placements and opportunities while other colleges have limited options. Academic: sastra provide a great faculty , other diploma to add on which adds great value and research opportunities. I applied for sastra and srm in trichy, i got selected in both the colleges but i choose sastra Over srm. I choose sastra because of it's quality education. No, i did not get rejected for the colleges i applied for. I applied for various law schools such as vit, soel etc. I also got offer letter from these colleges. But I felt sastra to be much more better than the other colleges and hence joined here. Usually the admissions process is very transparent. The students are selected based on merit.
