Remarks :

I dont have any negative comments. College is situated in a hilly area. From there we can see the nature beauty. Very ecofriendly and best climate. You can breath the pure oxygen and wander the area.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Im very much happy about course curriculum. Our college is under ktu university.The best university ever. Exams and results are very accurate on date without any delay. Exam structure is very defined and useful for the students to pass university exam easily.

Placement Experience :

Yeah. every year our seniors are getting placed to famous companies. College compulsory providing internship for the students. Through internship we can study alot and can understand things easily. They are very helpful in teaching about the working of the machines.

College Events :

Freshers day Onam day Independence day Christmas day Holi Arts Sports Technical fest are not taking properly. I very much disappointed. College is not giving importance for such technical fest. Hope next year it would be there.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible. For the merit seat ,they are charging any fees from the students. For the management seat , the fee is ?85k and for the NRI seat is ?110k. So parents are very happy about the fee structure of the college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They are lot of scholarships are provided by our college like sc/st scholarship,obc scholarship,military scholarship, education loan also provided for the students. These all are acceptable by our college.

Campus Life :

Our college giving every possible opportunities for the sports students and also giving grace marks if they won any match. Labs are taught under very much experienced faculties. Labs are fully equipped with machines for the students with latest technology

Hostel Facilities :

No.im a dayscholar. Boys hostel are very neat and clean. 24hr securities there. For the food i rate 6/10. Cuz the fee structure is less compared to other college. Boys hostel is very near to college itself. Girls hostel is situated near the Tkm engineering college.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

They are like our brothers and sisters. They are very helpful in our studies and also in our personal life. They taught how to be an engineer and how to celebrate our college life. They are very much kind hearted.

Admission :

My parents contacted the principal and told an average of 70% needed by adding physics ,maths and chemistry for the admission. So im eligible for it and i got the admission in the management seat. As i was not eligible for merit seat unluckly.

Faculty :

Our faculties are experienced and talented. Beside they are very friendly. They are very supportive and can share our problems without any hesitate. They are giving their best for the students to achieve in life successfully.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
